I called the clinic to sort out my referrals. As a spouse with TRICARE and a veteran with a VA PCP, my situation isn’t uncommon. However, the male staff member I spoke with questioned why I have both and was noticeably rude. Even after I explained the issue and I identified where the referral process got crossed, he dismissively said, “uh huh” and hung up. The lack of professionalism was disappointing.

This place is the worst! Totally mismanaged. Good luck if you’re assigned here. Forget about the dental office. Terrible unprofessional service all around. Have fun constantly fighting to get the care you need and being fed bad info.

After four appointments I’m happy to report my positive experience here! Everyone I have met is polite and professional and cares about myself and my family. Although the appointments are short, the quality of the appointment makes up for it. The pharmacy is quick and easy and their referral system is fast. This is NOT a full hospital, it’s a small base hospital so expect them to be limited and referred out in town.

I pay out of pocket to avoid having to come here for medical care.

It's that bad.

Practitioners are arrogant and display complete disregard for their patients. Very poor practices overall, and an embarrassment to military healthcare by how poorly they care for those who serve.

UPDATE:
I requested my medical records on April 5th, it's now June 13th and they haven't even sent them because they said my form was blank. I opened the same email and the form pulled up with everything filled out and signed. When are they going to hold the person responsible for these actions? What leaders are checking? Any accountability for this? Or will this just get pushed to the side like every other comment I've left or said!! This is NOT a phenomenal clinic, this is the worst one, and I've seen quite a few in my 21 years!

I have been trying to fill a prescription for a week. I last talked to the clinic on 28 July, when I was on TDY. I went to the local Walgreens after I was told it was ready, where I also said I needed it filled out, they said it wasn’t in the system. I tried to call back but no one answered. Since then I have run out of this particular prescription and it has SIGNIFICANTLY impacted my daily life. Some of us have medical issues and need medication for them from significant events that have happened throughout our ARMY careers. When is this staff/team going to fix this issue? This is not the first time, as I have messages and phone call times on my phone. The Medical clinic OIC needs to get involved ASAP. BTW, I still can’t get a hold of anyone to fill this prescription and it’ll be going on the 2nd night in a row!!

Do these people even work? It is a genuine question. I show up in person and they have a family day. I show up the next week and they have a training day. I call in another day and there is "power outages". Just terrible
