What an amazing practice, I was worried when my previous doctor Dr. Freeman retired. He did highly recommended Dr. Gul, and I can see why. Great staff as well, I thankful to have found a great PCP.

This place is an absolute disaster! No one answers the phone. The employee turn over is absolutely scary which says a lot about the doctor. Every time I walk in at any given time the front desk is filled with patient information. I waited 22 days for paper work to be done and when I got it back they noted I was blind in one eye. I AM NOT BLIND! The medical assistant who puts people in the room is in such a rush she doesn’t listen. She is completely incompetent to even take a weight on people who need a full body scan. The manager is worse because she’s sitting at the front desk! How can you sit at the front desk with all that patient information everywhere? I waited on hold for 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone. When they did they said they were new and didn’t know how to help me! Run!

I can't speak enough about my experience, the care and attention from the nurse Kayla! The alertness and empathy from all the staff is nothing I've experienced as a patient. So glad I found them.
