Usually these people are very open-minded and not nasty and passive aggressive. Maybe because nobody was in there and they were bored they had to be both. I graduated from college, summa cum Laude, with a Bachelor's in Data Analysis. Don't make assumptions about who you are talking to. Now I am so busy there's just no way I can spend any more time writing this. Because I just have so much to do because I'm not you.

Great service Maria at reception was very pleasant. Donna the MA was extremely friendly and professional. Emilienne was very thorough and knowledgeable. My overall experience was smooth. Thank you all for your hard work dedication!

This is the worst dental office I have ever seen.
I brought someone for a 2 o'clock appointment. We arrived a few minutes before 2 and checked in.
Either the receptionist was distracted or what.
After 30 minutes, we had not been called in. When I went to check her she said that we didn't check in.
That lady is very rude. She then tells us that the dentist won't see us because we were too late.
We walked out and immediately made an appointment with the Nicol's street office.
We are never going to this one at Water Street, ever again!
She can continue serving her Hispanic friends.
