Does this office even have a little compassion?RUDE. Tone is everything!! SHOW SOME COMPASSION PEOPLE, SOME OF US ARE DEALING WITH ELDERLY LOVED ONES. AND ARE ONLY TRYING TO HELP! AN EXPLANATION IN A NICE MANNER WOULD BE MORE DESIRABLE TO THE OTHER PERSON ON THE END OF THE PHONE. NO MATTER WHO IT IS!

I can't say enough good things about my PA Elliott...but the organizational skills of other staff is lack luster at best. I got yelled at[berated] for calling in my script only one day before it was due, I apologized and then made sure to call it in 4 days before being due...it was never sent to nursing? Therefore, not sent to my DR. You make me feel badly because I didn't call it in far enough ahead, and then when I do, you forget to send it? What!?

My opinion of this office has changed. I've had 6 different primaries here since I was 18... but Kristy Grainger saved my life last year, or was smart enough to work me up correctly when other providers at other offices didn't. I *trust* the providers that are here now, for the first time 😆.

If I could rate them lower I absolutely would, absolutely unreliable group to get in contact with and Id been goin there since i was a kid. What the hell is the point of goin to them when I need when all their gunna tell me to do is go to Urgent care to get about a $400+ bill just cause their absolutely swamped sitting behind their office chairs to not have walk in avaliblity. Not quite sure it was worth it at all now to re get my physical to 'get' seen by a doctor that wasnt originally. Could probably tell im sick over the phone as I can barely talk but god forbit they cant give a doctors note without an appointment. Also got a surprise bill from them after i asked if i needed to pay.

I love my nurse practitioner that I see. But, that’s where it ends. She helps me immensely and goes above and beyond to help me manage my illness. Lately, getting a prescription filled has been such a hassle. I need them to keep me alive. They give me enough for about a week with no refills. Today, is a holiday and I can refill until the date on the bottle. Which, by then I am out of medicine. So, I call and no one is there. Or, if I do get the prescription in. It is ready by the end of the day. For me this means I can’t do anything for the day or I could hurt myself. I don’t know why they don’t think of all this. My day is put on hold, waiting for a prescription. The nurses on the phone are sometimes nice. Some are having a bad day. I understand, they need a class in how to treat the general public. Especially those who are sick or the elderly.

*Edit to add: I added a star, because Dr. Elliott has always been amazing. He helped me today and was very understanding.

*Edit #2: I have been with this place way too long. They denied me my medication I need to stay alive. Because they assume. I’ve taken of this medication COLD TURKEY and because of this, I need to get a very invasive brain surgery. My whole daily life has changed and I can’t live a normal life at the moment. Because of my doctor, the nurse practitioner and this horrible practice. They don’t listen to their patients. They assume. They know how to treat their patients. Horrible practice.

No new patient likes to be put on hold for over 20 minutes then to be told by a receptionist that 'they don't know' and they should call back at a later time and try to get someone who does.

Didn't even offer to take a message and call me back. This deterred me from even being a patient at the center I will have to look elsewhere where the staff is courteous and knowledgeable.
