Had an issue last year at this place with how dirty it was but they were worried about masks! (Photo attached). Called today because I wanted my blood work done before yearly physical. I guess their new policy is to come in for your yearly, then get bloodwork done after so they can milk you for an extra visit. Told them I'll be finding new Dr.. No need to waste people's time when I could have had blood work done before physical then talk about that with the doctor..everything's a money grab with insurance and hospitals!!

I have been visiting this facility for the last 2 years, seeing the wonderful Dr. Puram for Harbor Medical Associates Endocrine Medicine. She has been very supportive of my healthcare. As well the both the labs and the offices are run extremely well. I am always early, and they have never had me wait long before checking me in with a nurse.

Called ahead to ask if they’re doing walk ins or appointments - need IV fluids for days of vomiting and other GI issues (Not my first rodeo w/ this & knowing what’s needed). After 5 min on hold, quickly dismissed me & told me just to go to the ER…… which is covered in signage directing patients who are not critically ill to go to an urgent care. Because that’s the POINT of an urgent care - to treat things that are urgent but not critical enough for the hospital. They’d rather make me pay $500 & a 6 hour wait for something they could have done in 15 minutes. Laziness. We’re all aware healthcare is understaffed and underfunded, but this is the job you chose. Take patients, or quit.

My 85 yr old mom has been using the urgent care here for years and we have been happy with the care. The recent visit prompted me to write a review of Dr Selsnick because he went above and beyond. His approach is very caring, taking time to fully explain everything.He made a good decision which was very important. He even called the next day to follow up on the outcome and answer further questions. We are thankful he was there.

I had a terrible experience at the urgent care. The technician who went to take my blood work in the clinic tried multiple times on my right arm and was not able to get any blood other than a few drops. She reported that I was making her nervous since I told her I get dizzy with getting blood work which was unprofessional. She then started trying on the opposite arm and could not get any blood and was poking my arm in many different places. Finally I told her to please stop if she couldn't get the blood because I was starting to get really uncomfortable. She told me I could come back a different day to go to the lab and get it done. So I left the clinic with two bruised arms and NO blood work was completed. Now I have to go get blood work done tomorrow with both my arms sore and bruised. DO NOT allow the urgent care to do your blood. Ask to go to the lab! I have never had any trouble getting blood work done in the past and I am always told I have easy veins. This women said my veins were really difficult to find.

Waited 4 months for a cardiologist appointment only to arrive and be told they called, left voicemail and s not snail mail telling me I had been rescheduled. I never received a call nor any mail from them. This isn't th first time the office staff have screwed up and lied. They do it all the time. I delayed important work travel for this appointment, too.

I usually like this Urgent care however I have to lower my rating on this as I was supposed to hear back about a lab that takes 24hrs and that should have been yesterday. I can't get anyone on the phone so I am now hoping to hear back as I sent a fax asking for a callback. My plan of care was hinging on this test and I am a full 24 hours past the time we needed to have that info by, The test results have not been uploaded to my patient gateway either. Complete radio silence

This review is for the ladies in Urgent Care. On 2/12/19 we had what could be the only snow storm we have this winter, and wouldn't you know it, this was the night that I decided to do something I've never done before and cut my hand pretty badly with a very sharp knife. I arrived at Urgent Care at 6:52 and they close at 7:00. I'm sure I was the last thing they wanted to see walk thru the door right then!! However, I could not tell. They treated me very kindly, patiently and as if they had all night. The doctor was fantastic too! She did a great job of stitching it up and easing my mind since I've never had to have stitches before and didn't like the idea of them. I was in and out of there in about 40 minutes and was extremely grateful for the kind, compassionate care I received!
