It was my first and last time in this urgent care. The receptionist and techs are nice. The nurse is just horrible, she shouldn’t be a nurse. Didn’t even get to see the doctor (thank God after reading these reviews) it was talking so long that after seating in the room waiting for the doctor I had to leave to pick up my kids. I’ll keel going to CONVENIENT MD which I love but wrongly decided to give this place a chance. .

I had a good experience at this location. They were honest about the wait time being 90 minutes and it took exactly 90 minutes for me to be called into the room. I was seeing by the doctor within 30 minutes. Given my test results and discharged in another 30 minutes. Prescriptions were called in within minutes. Dr listened to me and discussed options for a potential UTI. In all, I had a really great experience here I will say or I will advise that you make an appointment online because people with appointments get seen quicker.

Anytime I have needed attention and cannot wait - this location has been fantastic to me - and again today! Reception - the nurse that attended to me & Dr Adler were more than attentive! We made a joint decision for a plan to get me back to full health. I spent many a day working in drs offices, hospitals, clinics and in the homes. As someone very accustomed to the challenges involved - I am extremely impressed and very grateful for the attention and help I received today. Pattie Kahler

I was very impressed with the care my friend received this past Sunday. The staff was professional and attentive to my friend who had sustained a broken wrist. The wait time was not too long. The Xray tech, nurse Melissa and ER tech who applied splint were all very competent and professional. Zero issues.

While I had a good experience here - it is very important that people check that this is IN NETWORK. I got slammed with a $775 bill for being there for 30 minutes with the flu. My PRIMARY Doctor is affiliated with Beth Israel. My hospital is BI. This facility IS NOT affiliated with BI -even with the name. It's a different Tax ID and as such, it is out of network for United Health Care. I failed to call in advance and now have screwed myself.

Would not recommend going here.

Front desk was great - 2 hour wait to go back which is standard for the city. Then another hour for the doctor to walk in, not even look at me- tell me i have a virus and to have soup and watch netflix.

The worse bedside manners I’ve had of any doctor. Completely dismissive of my concerns.

I was hesitant to review as my PCP at this same practice is really lovely, but the urgent care is unacceptable. I don't mind the wait time, as it's an urgent care, you wait that's not the big deal. But everyone from the nurse up to the doctor I interacted with could not have given less of a shit about me. I'm writing this still in pain and at a loss of what to do, after they told me essentially to go kick rocks multiple days ago and my symptoms have only intensified and gotten worse. My PCP isn't available until December so they advised me to go to their urgent care, but they couldn't pay me to go back. Go somewhere else where they'll take your pain seriously. Dr. Masser told me she didn't believe I have an infection, did not test me for anything, then when the nurse gave me the discharge packet I noticed this doctor after telling me she does not "believe" I have an infection she diagnosed me with one. I can't even make that up. You tell a patient to their face you don't believe they are infected but their discharge packet has you diagnosing them with an infection? Unbelievable. You do not matter to these nurses and doctors. Dr. Masser was as dismissive as the rest of the nurses. It's a shame as their PCP is extremely lovely, caring, and I'd recommend my PCP to anyone...their urgent care sadly is the complete opposite.

Update: I have pneumonia diagnosed at another urgent care. As I said. Go somewhere else.

Honestly everyone needs to just expect to wait at urgent care and be okay with that. I was pleasantly surprised today when I only had to wait probably 10-15 mins. The person who checked me in was extremely kind and sweet. Same goes for the rest of the staff. I was very sick this morning and had to miss my flight because of it. Thank you for making my terrible morning better.
