AVOID THIS PLACE! Came in for a two-day procedure that was prescheduled after finding out I had a mis-miscarriage. After enduring bullying from protestors, I came in and it was not until after we'd checked in that we were told they could not do the procedure due to a lack of a particular blood test after we'd called them and asked if there was anything else we needed to do. I was devastated, and the nurse was completely unsympathetic, stating that they had tried to contact me under a number marked as a private phone number that we mistook for a telemarketer. To make matters worse, once we left, the receptionist just smiled and apologized, which did not make me feel any better. Indifference would've been preferable in that moment for me. The policy regarding contact via a private number needs to change ASAP! I am so traumatized by this experience, that I am reconsidering attempting to ever get pregnant again. Go to Brigham and Women's Hospital. They'll treat you with respect and make sure you get the care you need as quickly as possible.

I had a very positive experience at womens health services and I’m so glad that I took the drive and chose to go with them. They were very supportive and educated me on the whole procedure, I opted to go for the procedure without sedation since I already have kids and it is far less painful than giving birth if that gives anyone any help. In the procedure room they held my hand and made sure I was very comfortable and calmed my anxiety the whole time. I never once felt judged and I felt very safe in their hands. I suggest that anyone looking to terminate a pregnancy goes to Womens Health Services because I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else.

This was my first ever medical procedure with anesthesia, I was an anxious wreck coming into WHS. After being greeted by the warm receptionist and speaking with the counselor I was put at ease. I received excellent care from every staff member that I came in contact with. I'm leaving with a sense of relief and empowerment. Thank you so much for making me feel safe, supported and comfortable during one of the most distressing times of my life. I am so grateful for all that you do.

Highly recommend this place! Everything I read online made me so anxious, but the actual procedure and post op were incredibly easy. Personally, it was less painful than my regular period with no cramping or bleeding after. I was 7 weeks and chose the surgical abortion with IV sedation which I was very happy with. Got an ultrasound, counseling, changed into a hospital gown, got an IV, fell asleep and woke up sitting in a chair with a heating pad on my lap. Very easy, quick, and painless!

I highly recommend this facility if you are seeking to terminate your pregnancy. The place is easy to find, there is a parking lot which is rare in and around Boston. There is security when you first walk in, the security officers are very nice and professional. When you walk in you are greeted by the receptionist who was so nice. Everyone on the staff seems friendly. After the horrible experience my daughter had at another place my daughter literally ran out of the other facility where she was seeking a termination. She was deathly afraid to seek further treatment, there was nothing I could do to reassure her that not all clinics are the same. Everyone at Women's Health was very nice and patient with her, my daughter was afraid when she walked in the clinic they were able to calm her fears and she walked out of there after her treatment thankful she went there.

I drove 1.5 to come here and worth it. The staff are so comforting. They even have a counselor to talk to before hand. It was a very emotional experience for me and the staff was SO kind which I really needed. Thank you.

From the moment you arrive and speak with security until the moment you are ready to head out everyone is professional, helpful, and pleasant. Staff makes you feel right at home. For a better experience in regards to other reviews I’d recommend having someone drive you to and back. Also, bring a pair of headphones in case there’s protesters you’d like to tune out.
