Untrained staff and unethical billing. I went in for an annual Pap smear and the provider was “very concerned” with what she saw and referred me immediately to the women’s clinic at Heywood, not even waiting for my test results to come in. She even used the word hysterectomy. My pap ended up being normal, but I was still scared that I had cancer, so I kept the other appointment. The doctor that I saw at Heywood spoke to me and said, I’m going to examine you, but there’s no way that this can be cancer, since a pap would show even precancerous cells. He examined me and said that I have a tilted uterus, which can cause some bleeding during a pap and that’s why the other doctor referred me. As it turns out, about 1/4 of women have a tilted uterus and can bleed during an exam. That is so common that any doctor who is examining a uterus should know about it. I moved to the area and my old OBGYN is an hour away, but I’m going back to her. If I can’t trust this clinic to provide the most basic annual screening, then I know I can’t trust them when I’m actually ill. The doctor that I saw also had the worst bedside manner - I was sobbing by the end of the appointment. She should have been more clinical and less vocally disturbed by what she saw (a perfectly normal uterus, as it turns out) and tried not to frighten me. I spend the six weeks between then and my follow up totally stressed and barely sleeping, for nothing. Additionally the billing is atrocious. I was billed for every single minute that I was physically in the office, including the 20 minutes I spent waiting to be called in and the 10 minutes I spent waiting in line to be checked out. This is not time spent with a provider! I shouldn’t be paying for that! My insurance wouldn’t cover the whole appointment, since it was longer than normal, so I was out of pocket for half the cost of an appointment that should have been fully covered and had to pay about $200. Since that was my annual OBGYN appointment allowed by my insurance and I still had to see another doctor, I also had to pay for that appointment ($420). If you want to overpay and get the worst care possible, then definitely check this place out.

I have major dental anxiety, getting drilled. I hadn't had a dental visit for a few years. The hygienist and the dentist both made me feel comfortable. The dentist did an amazing job on one of my front teeth, # 11. It had developed a cavity. It had a hole & a dark discoloration. I was embarrassed and not smiling as much. Mari Carmen did an amazing job. I was so happy when I looked in the mirror. It was like I never had a cavity there at all! She also buffed&cleaned up the other front teeth that had discoloration from drinking a lot of coffee and smoking. I am very pleased with her dental skills. I am a 58 year old female and I'm impressed!
I highly recommend Mari Carmen!
I have not had any bad experiences with the front desk &the ladies that work there. I make an appointment. I keep my appointment. I show up for my appointment.

Wait times are awful, some staff are rude. And god forbid you want to make a call to them you’ll be on hold for over 30 min before you even get the chance to speak with them. Care is subpar at best. And the dentists are absolutely horrible. Got a two fillings, both of which I couldn’t eat or drink anything hot or cold for months, and then they fell out. Overall a horrible place for care.

This place employs useless providers. We KNOW when we are sick. Wait in line, and they will send you away frustrated and still sick as they refuse to prescribe antibiotics and needed medications. They also made errors when treating my husband. Go somewhere else.

Avoid this place at all costs!! I had to call AFTER filling out record transfer paperwork to get my x-rays transferred over to my new dentist office. And even after filling out the paper work, calling and being told they’d send them over, they were still NOT SENT OVER. This place sucks. Also they don’t hire enough receptionists because the hold time is insanely long. You’re better off going literally anywhere else.

It was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to see Dr.D.Naveo and her Assistant; Maddy, AGAIN!.... This morning close to quar. of 9 AM, .... I feel very safe under Dr. Naveo's care. Thank-you Dalba! (They they were able to finished up with the root canal and performed X-rays.) Ohhh, and Sara will ALWAYS recognize my voice! (she heard me talking to Maddy; as she was setting me up in the rm. (I just read a few following reviews! GET A GRIP PPL!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN APPROACHED "RUDELY" .... and if by chance I may've thought it was, I took care of it RIGHT THEN! And, possibly I was a little off! ALWAYS a fantastic experience, .... Definitely in G-Vegas!!!!) And, the receptionist, are FANTASTASTIC!!!

Dr. Salazar and the entire dental staff provided exceptional care for my elderly father, who resides in a skilled nursing facility. He had his remaining teeth extracted – some had broken off at the gum line (!) – and fitted for a full set of dentures. The complex process took about 9 months so we got to know the staff quite well. His dentures look very natural and fit like a glove. I highly recommend this facility for the best oral care and would give it a 10 star rating if that was possible. Consistently professional, friendly, warm, kind, and highly skilled. We love CHC, Gardner!

Three separate occasions they have completely screwed up getting a referral sent. I recommend recording all your phone calls from day one to help your lawsuit. First referral they sent to completely wrong surgeon. I had to call back several times, and eventually after starting to send faxes to them with the information every ten minutes all day, finally it went through. a few months later, February, they claimed to send referral and nothing apparently was sent. Now, August, I have called everyday for a week, with no luck. Tomorrow, I will begin sending the faxes every ten minutes, as that eventually worked the first time.
