I was very happy with my appointment. I called in advance to get registered as a new patient and made an appointment over the phone - the whole process took only 10-15m including wait time. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I experienced the same great hospitality during my appointment as well. My doctor was fantastic - she’s caring and attentive, and was willing to spend time consulting me about my other health needs as well. The facility was clean and easy to navigate!

Insane. An appointment for a physical is at least 4 months out because my doctor took on another doctor’s patients. Next, getting a hold of a nurse for an urgent issue is near impossible, have to go through different call centers transferring you to get to the correct department and then wait on hold for an eternity (sat on hold for 57 minutes before taking the call back option, when a nurse finally called back, the call was disconnected on their end within the first 30
Seconds of the call and then the nurse didn’t even bother to call again!? Definitely going to ask around for a new GYN since clearly this place has gone downhill.

I had a fantastic experience working with the staff and doctors for my pregnancy and delivery! I worked with the midwife team and then when it was discovered I needed a scheduled c section, I loved working with Dr Chen as my delivery OB surgeon. The staff is so helpful and caring, and it was so helpful having them connected with SSH where I delivered!

I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming front desk receptionist. The lab staff was efficient and skilled. The nurses were attentive and caring. Jessica W was exceptionally patient and thorough with her explanations and reassurance. I came in feeling extremely nervous and uncertain about what to expect, she put my anxiety at ease. Overall, I cannot praise the staff enough for their thoroughness and the high level of kindness they exhibited throughout my time at the office.

Some days this place is great and my appointment goes smoothly. Other days I am treated rudely by staff and I just want to encourage people to be nicer to one another here. I am a medical professional myself and I didn’t appreciate one of the nurses that I know from outside of this office saying ew at me as she walked past me. I was miscarrying that day and was told I needed a d&c.

If I could give zero star I would. I book an appointment as I am having an issue with menopause.

I had a procedure done that as never explained why I needed it done or what it entailed. I should have been under anesthesia as I was in excruciating pain. I left the office in tears and never received a call or any follow up to check to see how I as doing.

When I asked a question through the portal on next steps, their responses were delayed and didn’t received a clear response. They recommend other procedures but never said why.

So I presume that I would get a call to make an appointment for the procedure but never heard back.

The customer and professional service is lacking. I feel that they just want to give
little explanation and have you not bother them. Attention to detail are very poor.

I'm officially fed up with this practice. I went there for my first pregnancy and had an overall good experience. I love the midwives there. It's the overall organization and not listening to patients that has made me switch. A month after my first child was born I continued to have medical issues. I called the office 3 times and each time I was told by the triage nurse it is fine and normal. I finally decided to show up demanding to be seen because I knew something was wrong. Turns out there was and I was immediately hospitalized. Thank god I advocated for myself since they did not. I was hesitant to return for my second pregnancy but figured I would since I'm familiar with them, they have my info, etc. I book my initial appointment a month in advance, get the normal confirmation texts. Then 2 hours before they call to let me know they made a mistake on the booking and I can't go in and need to schedule another 2 weeks out. It was the cherry on top, I will be going elsewhere for my prenatal care.

I would give zero stars if possible, now I understand why this place has terrible reviews. Had an IUD placed here, then called to confirm they took the health plan I was considering when I was choosing health plans at the beginning of the year. They said yes. I asked again when I booked an appointment to have it replaced, they said yes, again. They needed to reschedule my appointment, ok fine, but it happens…Shortly before the appointment, the call me and say SORRY, WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE. I called and asked this exact question at least twice, and it affected my choice of health insurance. Totally unacceptable. I would never, never trust them for prenatal/OB care and understand the bad reviews here. These guys need to get it together, this is too important to screw up.
