Everyone I’ve dealt with at Tri-River Health Center from the front desk to the pediatricians to adult medicine has provided me with absolute care and concern. A special thank you to NP Tammy Patton and Dr. Thi Do, absolutely 2 amazing, compassionate and brilliant women who will go above and beyond to help a patient!

PLEASE don't go to Tri-River! I went here for years with out incident. The new Manager is corrupt and the doctors/nurses WILL lie to protect themselves!

I would give negative stars if I could. An error in their system caused me to run out of my necessary daily medication. Numerous attempts to renew the prescription were denied and my doctor's care team will not take my calls, even though I clearly stressed that this is an emergency. This has not been the only poor experience I've had at Tri River, but it has been the most dangerous issue. I did everything right on my end, and in a timely manner, but me being without my medication doesn't seem urgent to anyone I've spoken to in the past 2 days. Changing PCPs immediately, and never returning to UMass care.

When I was looking for pediatricians I was skeptical of Tri River because of the reviews, I come here for my own care and it is the most convenient location for us so I decided to give them a chance with my newborn. I have to say now my son is 9mo old and I can't recommend Dr. Cain and all the staff at Tri River more. My son is in daycare so gets sick a lot and they always call back quickly or answer the portal and if needed he is seen usually same day. I am grateful that everyone cares and has been wonderful every time my son has needed to be seen!

Unfortunately, the low reviews are accurate.
My son had been a patient for two years and our pediatrician is fantastic and if I was just dealing with him we would still be there. But the nursing staff that you talk to on the phone are awful. I have had a continued issue calling them when my son has been sick and I have been made to feel that I am bothersome. They are not approachable at all and have left me in tears on numerous occasions. This seems to be a continued problem at this office and I am unsure when that will change. I was hoping it would have by now seeing that most people have the same experience. My best advise is to go else where because you really need the support from medical staff that you trust when your child is sick and that’s not what you get here.

Reception staff called my husband the c word and Molly Cain pretends to examine babies. Legit had the cover on the ophthalmoscope and said everything looked good. We had to call her out to have her take the cover off and do it again. Her nurse also stretches my breached babies legs out straight when they check his legs until he cries. Sadistic and nasty. I’m never coming here again and I’ve been coming here for myself since I myself was a baby. They used to be good but everyone’s been leaving there and now they need to be SHUT DOWN.

Receptionist is extremely rude.

Insurance has verified pediatrician is in network. Went back and forth with the pediatricians office. Confirmed she was ready to be seen on all accounts. Needed to update insurance in person. Receptionist would not help me update insurance and turned us away.

Missed first day of school to have this physical that they’ve been putting off for 1.5 years due to these insurance problems (on their end). Then child came down with a cold and needed to be seen today. Receptionist was cold and rude.

Every time we deal with that lady at the desk we’ve had a bad experience. So sorry to see this practice fall apart over the last few years with her at the forefront.

They are a medical office by name only. Don’t expect an appointment on time, a call back, or even that they will answer the phone during business hours. They fail to diagnose, or mis diagnose if they’ve put forth the effort to spend 5 mins with you. There are good doctors out there but they aren’t here
