The 2 ladies that worked Wednesday 3rd 2024 at the 801clinic front desk are so rude . Always picking up fights with patients from as soon as you enter most times. There unprofessional ,keep shouting on top of there voices at clients even after there have walked away. It's so terrible what kind of mothers these would make. God have mercy

The absolute worst practice. I had an appointment in August. The wait to be taken back was about 20 minutes. After the nurse took my vitals and did the necessary screening, I waited in the exam room for an hour. I asked when the Dr. Prifti would be seeing me and the nurse said it would be another 30 minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer so I decided to leave without being seen. I have tried rescheduling several times over the phone and have not been able to get an appointment with any doctor at the practice. The call center has the rudest group of people I’ve ever dealt with. They’re disrespectful, unhelpful and couldn’t care any less for the patients.

My PCP changes every 6 months. Never been able to make an appointment with my pcp. No point in having a pcp and visit triage nurse every time you need specific care. Expect to wait more than an hour to see the provider during your appointment but turned down if you show up few minutes late. I was told by the nurse to look for primary care near where I live. If that was advertised on the website that they would serve only Boston area, it would have saved me some time.

Ive been going to BMC for many yrs. The Staff I deal with everytime I go are always incredibly nice to me. They kind of give you the feeling that your family. A very friendly atmosphere. My PCP is so nice. Always always total respect both ways. So Comfortable there
