Do not go here! They randomly change their hours and don’t post or tell anyone!! Drove from NH as I needed early morning labs just to be told they were closed and to go elsewhere, after spending 20 minutes trying to find a staff to explain what was going on. They told me he somewhere else so I had to drive to another lab and start over, my labs were late and I was hours late for work. Absolutely no reason for this if you aren’t going to be open just post those hours!!

We are beyond thrilled with the care the pediatric staff has given to our kids. We’ve seen the majority of the nurse practitioners and we’ve found them to be very kind and thorough. Dr Becky has been such a gift for our family. Her demeanor is open and friendly yet extremely professional and knowledgeable. She puts our concerns and worries at ease without talking down to us or being dismissive. If there is something to be concerned about she does not hesitate to run tests and give referrals. I will always recommend Pentucket Medical Pediatrics.

I'm here for my lower back x-ray.
DON'T GO HERE.
10 minutes waiting at reception window, the she told me to go outside to call to register since it is my first time.
Spent almost 19 minutes on the phone for so many ridiculous questions that I have to answer to a very annoying person on the other end of the phone.
He asked for the insurance adjuster which I gave to him and he insisted that it is not the correct name, then he said the registration process ends here and it's not complete.
I was furious with his tone and told him I just drove 1/2 hour to here and 18 minutes on the phone with you and I'm not about to go home. Just put the name I gave you in the registration. He gave in.
Now I'm at the waiting room for another 15 minutes writing this review and Noone has came out for my x-ray.
They need a better system, a better way to ask sensitive personal questions and faster service.
This place is terrible.
Now I know why others gave this place 1 star.

The actual doctors here are fantastic and the lab is swift. The location is convenient and right off the highway. However, the staff seems to struggle with prescriptions; they do not submit prior authorizations in a timely fashion and sometimes do it outright incorrectly. I can understand if insurance is being stingy, but I have had to pay full price on prescriptions because someone here was sloppy.

Some of the people on the phone are genuinely helpful, understanding, and do whatever they can to assist you. Others just read off the screen. I had one even tell me I should call my insurance company to figure out why my prior authorization wasn't completed... uh, that's not my job. Maybe I misunderstood her, but I should not have to call my insurance company every time I need a refill to find this stuff out.

Getting refills on certain medications has become a chore that often lasts an entire week and no one will help you over the weekend. If they do the prior authorization wrong, or don't follow up on one, and it's towards the end of the week, you're screwed.

I should not have to wait DAYS to get my medication. This not only impacts my quality of life, but also my health.

This place is amazing, they are SO GREAT with the kids! Dee the medical assistant is super patient, kind and welcoming! Dr Henry is the perfect fit for our family, she’s attentive and listens to the patient/family! We felt heard and they took their time with all of our questions and concerns! So glad we made the switch and are extremely happy!

Dr. Challagullah and the wonderful staff here were nothing if not professional, helpful, and thorough in my new patient intake/physical. There was minimal wait time too, though that was likely since I visited Friday around noon.

The facility was easy to find, clean throughout, and structurally-pleasing! I’ve rarely seen medical buildings with any inspiration until my visit. Out of all the new patient experiences with new physicians (I’ve moved a LOT in the last decade), this definitely ranks as my top!

The staff was very friendly and thorough. The wait was a little long but they were honest and said they were a doctor short that day. The doctor I did see was very nice and stayed after closing hours with me to discuss the follow care I needed to do as well as print out information for me about my diagnosis. I was over all very pleased with my experience!

Was able to get in quickly but also felt rushed out. PA told me that x-ray hadn’t been read but she didn’t think anything was broken so I could leave and she would put in an ortho referral without a thorough look at the injury. Ever since COVID it seems like you can’t get in to see a doctor but when you do everything is rushed and you are lucky if you see a doctor.
