Dr. Medeiros has been an incredible blessing to our family. We recently moved my mother from NH into an assisted living facility in Massachusetts, and had to find a new primary care physician for a very stubborn 79 year-old woman who's always been suspicious of doctors. Dr. M not only went above and beyond to help my mom with the transition, she also won her - and us - over with her wonderfully empathic, down-to-earth approach to medicine. She treats the whole person, not just the symptoms, and has been a kind, reliable, calming and trustworthy ally in my mom's ongoing treatment. I can't say enough good things about Dr. M, so I'll just say this: she's been a lifesaver. Highly recommended.

Love, love, love, Dr. Medeiros. I always feel comfortable never rushed I never feel stupid asking basic questions. Dr. Medeiros genuinely cares about her patients and is thorough and complete when reviewing medical history. I have never had a primary care physician who was as caring and kind as Dr. Medeiros and I will stay with her as long as she'll have me. (And it doesn't hurt that she's a Patriots fan!) Ginny M.

I can't tell you how blessed my husband is to have her as his Dr. She is absolutely wonderful!!! She is very friendly, reasonable, caring, and intelligent. She doesn't talk down to him at all as some Dr.'s do. Her response time is so quick. Honestly I'm jealous that my husband has her as his Dr and I don't!!! You won't regret having her as a Dr.

My new patient appointment was June 29, 2021, and I am so pleased to have met a caring, intelligent and positive doctor in Dr. Mary Medeiros.
I had been looking for a new primary care physician for about a year. I wanted a doctor who practiced in the Franklin area and who believes in a whole patient approach.
To me that means keeping to an appointment schedule. If you book a patient for 2 pm, that patient sees the doctor within 10 to 15 minutes of your appointment. That does not mean taking the patient into an examining room, and then "forgetting" about her for a period of time just to make the patients in the waiting room think that the schedule is moving right along. Sorry to be blunt, but I am trying to be honest. I am speaking from experience.
Emergencies are a part of life, but a doctor's office that regularly overbooks needs to understand that a patient's time is just as valuable as the doctor's time.
A whole patient approach means the staff people are smiling, welcoming, and making patients feel as if he/she is the only person on the phone who matters, or in the waiting room getting ready for an appt.
I wanted to feel like a pampered patient and not someone holding a number at the deli. You may be laughing or wondering which goddess wrote this review. Over the years I have seen insurance companies do a number on doctor/patient relationships because of unrealistic expectations.
Well, I believe I have made a good choice. Thrive Adult Primary is such a warm and welcoming medical office.
Another big hurdle was to make sure that the office accepts my health insurances. Another success.
IMO, this is the doctor that I want walking beside me. I prioritized my needs, did my homework and read lots of reviews.

Thrive Adult Primary Care is the practice of medicine at it's best. Dr. Mederios is the real deal. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and proactive with her patients. She is there for you for the long haul.It is a true partnership in having a healthy and hopefully happy life.
