I am a medical professional myself and I am absolutely outraged about the absurd I went through in this service where I basically have had my main concern not addressed and treated for something else that was a parallel issue. Attempting hearing skills and clear communication over the main concern is a medical school basic teaching that might have been ignored or overseen during the training of its personnel.
If you will submit a patient to any surgical procedure, simple or complex, you have to be clear about what you are addressing so you may avoid unnecessary pain/ injury, and if these are addressing the patient’s main concern or not.
In all my medical experience as a professional and as a patient, I have never experienced treatment as bad as this place.

Do yourself a favor and go to MGH. I can't even begin to tell you the nightmare of an experience I had with this place. Do not trust them, they will not provide appropriate care.
