I've been a patient of this practice for a little over 2 years now and I just cannot say enough good things about them as a whole. Natalie at the front desk is so friendly and always quick to assist with scheduling an appointment. I've had to move appointments to televisits and she has always done so with such a kind attitude and never acting as though it was an inconvenience.

Susan, Dr. Zweig's medical assistant is just as kind and very knowledgeable. She gets right back to you if you leave message or have a question. She ensures that appointments run on time and smoothly.

Dr. Zweig is a 10! She listens intently, asks questions and provides her suggestions based on her medical knowledge. She REALLY cares about her patients. She has always treated me as a partner in my care and has promptly and thoroughly addressed any of my questions.

If you are looking for a primary care provider in the area she is it.

Dana Zweig was my doctor for many years throughout my late teens and early twenties. During this time, I've had several negative experiences and misdiagnosis. My first bad experience with Dr. Zweig was, unfortunately, life threatening. I had come in to address a pain in my throat. I explained my symptoms, including pain predominately on my left side. I told her that I believed it was a peritonsillar abscess. She then looked at me and said "So, you have a sore throat?". I explained that it was more than just a sore throat and that I believed it could be a serious issue. She then said, "So, you think you might have strep throat?" I further explained that I've had strep throat in the past and that this felt different. She then told me that she was going to test me for strep and put me on a Z pack, without taking into consideration any other possible outcomes. The strep test was negative. Then, about a week later, I ended up in the hospital for emergency surgery for a peritonsillar abscess and subsequent tonsillectomy. My second bad experience was shortly after my emergency surgery and tonsillectomy, as I had started to noticed symptoms of what appeared to be GERD. I explained to Dr. Zweig my symptoms and how i thought, from research, it might GERD. She told me that it was Post Nasal Drip and prescribed me an OTC nasal steroid spray. After taking the nasal pray with no results, she then told me to simply continue the nasal spray and use saline as much as needed. No other solution, no endoscopy to look into the possibility of having GERD. My third bad experience was when during one of my annual physicals, I had brought up the idea of possibly being prescribed a pre-exposure prophylaxis, as a young LGBTQ+ person. Dr. Zweig simply laughed at the idea and asked me if it was even real, even after giving her brand names like Truvada. She never looked into them and I never received a prescription. My third bad experience was with how Dr. Zweig cares for overweight patients. During my first meeting with her ever, my weight became the main focus of my physical and I was simply told to diet and exercise - which I had, of course, tried for years. I asked about other weight loss processes and was simply told to eat right and exercise and that was that. I, fortunately, am no longer a patient of Dana Zweig's, as I have now moved to a new state and have a new team of doctors. This move and new care team is the reason why I am writing this review. After a recent endoscopy, I am now finally being treated for GERD (which has gotten much worse from the years of neglect and being told it was just PND) and am thankfully undergoing weight loss surgery to prevent any future comorbidities. I'm not telling you not to go to Dr. Zweig, especially if she's one of the few doctors in your network, however, I am saying that if you want to feel understood and listened by your doctor, to do more research on other options and if you are a current patient with a major medical issue under Dr. Zweig's care - you may want to get a second opinion. (Especially if you or your child is an LGBTQ+ youth.)

I've had her as a primary doctor for over 3 years and I couldn't wait to switch to a different doctor. She was never friendly. Made me wait few times, taking other patients ahead of me. At times was rude. The top of the iceberg was when she asked me to see her for a follow up on a medicine she prescribed, only that she never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. She sent a blood test order after I told her I didn't want it and I wouldn't go, and somehow I got billed for it anyway. She never did anything about a referral to another doctor regarding physical and reading results on a biopsy (for possibly cancer). Very very disappointed with her services. Also, front end staff is never friendly. Last time I went to ask for my medical record I remembered why I was switching to a different primary doctor!!!

Dr. Zweig is one of the few quality doctors that I've found on Cape Cod. She takes a genuine interest in patients and looks to help you however she can. They're closed on Thursdays, which is a little inconvenient, but other than that I'm happy with both her and her staff.

Worst doctor in so many levels we have ever had. Rude called one of our friends fat to her face. Overly Opinionated even when she is wrong. Could care less about your time. Had problems with them not sending paperwork for a test we needed. The facility we were at was literally standing in front of the fax machine and Zweigs office said they dont like to check their faxes. They don't send the paperwork but insist they did and don't put any effort to fix the situation.

I didn't really have an acceptable experience with Dr Zweig. She and my GI doctor misdiagnosed me and I ended up loosing weight, with all of the abdominal symptoms that come with that due to daily use of Prilosec, prescribed by my GI doctor. No thanks. I have transferred my medical care to another primary care physician and to a different GI specialist. I am down to 106 lbs and this is not an enviable state to be in. Thanks Drs Zweig and Guo.
