I've been going here for 2 years and I really like them. Dr. Holmes is a very pleasant person and explains everything he's doing. They have the latest equipment in eye testing here too. A nice selection of glasses too

This place is the absolute worst as far as customer service goes... my eye exam went well, the doctor was fine. They had me pick out which frames I wanted and gave me the standard wait time of 3-4 weeks.
My boyfriend got his glasses from the same place in 2.5 weeks. I have been waiting for almost 2 months, have called several times to see if my glasses are in yet. At first I was told that there had been a mistake and the wrong pair was sent out, and now every time I ask they tell me they are either still being processed or they’re in shipping but every time it’s one or the other and I am fed up.
I just tried to call before I have to leave for work and I was told they are running behind and won’t be open for another hour, so even if they are there today I can’t get them until Monday. I really hate this place, and have lost all patience.
I won’t be going back, clearly.
