Alexa is truly fantastic. She helped me select pumps for two pregnancies now. She provided expert advice and insight to identify the pump that would work best for my needs and I’ve been so happy with both. She even personally delivered pump bags to my house when the ones I had ordered were backordered! I cannot say enough good things about her.

Using a CPAP machine for the first time is some blend of confusing, mysterious, and maybe a little scary, at least for me. And beyond choosing and adapting to a specific device or looking at alternatives, there is the insurance side that can also be daunting. Working with Alex, Tony, and Meredith has helped me move through all this, and I doubt that I could have done it myself. They are knowledgeable, proactive, diligent, and patient. In my own professional life I set high standards for people I deal with. These folks get the job done right.

Eastern Maternity has been a lifesaver for me on my postpartum journey.

Operations Manager Alexa Cohen reached out to help when I placed my order for a breast pump via insurance, and was not only extremely professional but also empathetic, knowledgeable, and communicative. The pump I chose was fantastic and they got it to me well in advance of my due date. Almost a year later, I was having trouble with the motor and Alexa reached out at the perfect moment, having seen my email to Baby Buddha support. She worked with me and the company directly to make sure I got a replacement for the faulty part just in time for a big trip.

I would 10/10 recommend this company. They have been a lifesaver for me to be able to feed my baby, and added some much-needed human connection into an otherwise difficult and sometimes indifferent medical/insurance process. I am so grateful to them for everything!!

So grateful that my OB referred me to Eastern Maternity for my breast pump. This company has been totally on top of everything. The staff member I have worked with throughout the process is Alexa, and she has been amazing. Alexa is knowledgeable and attentive. She is polite, professional, and easy to talk to. She is quick to answer my phone calls and all of my questions. She has been so helpful submitting my equipment/ supplies through insurance - even when I didn’t think certain items would be covered. I am in the process of transitioning to a new ventilator model with the help of Eastern Medtech, and I am thoroughly impressed with their outstanding service and support throughout the entire process.
Peter and his team has been incredibly responsive, friendly, and attentive to my needs. They came to my home to provide training and guidance on how to use the ventilator that was very helpful, allowing me to get comfortable with the new equipment and learn how to operate it effectively. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear, comprehensive answers to all my questions. Transitioning to a new ventilator can be a complex and daunting task, especially for someone that is 60 years old with DMD, but Eastern Medtech made it as stress-free as possible. When any complications or difficulties have arisen with adjusting the settings on the new ventilator, they have been readily available to assist with any follow-up questions or concerns I had, providing prompt and effective suggestions to changes to the ventilator settings. Their ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and well-being is truly commendable.

FOR PROSPECTIVE USERS OF EASTERN MED TECH'S C-PAP MACHINES

For approximately five years I had been using a C-Pap machine furnished to me from another provider

who shall remain nameless, although their ineptitude is conspicuosly evident upon reading numerous complaints

and testaments to their putridness by its unfortunate victims via the Better Business Bureau's communications

department.

After benefiting from the machine's usage for five years, the prior distributor rendered it virtually IMPOSSIBLE

to acquire a new replacement machine when the time arrived and perhaps even worse, upon attempting to contact

this hapless outfit, the chances of actually speaking to a live person were nearly invariably impossible.. My primary

care physician, his RNs and other members of his staff also encountered impenetrable brick walls in their failed

attempts to speak with a living person. Ray Bradbury and Kurt Vonnegut, Jr. predicted the eventuality of this

occurring and the time has sadly arrived.

Obviously, having a C-Pap machine is imperative to my health and well-being. ENTER our rescuer EASTERN

MED TECH!

From our initial contact with this beyond remarkable team of professionals, we were not only put at ease, but

the cohesion, intelligence and GENUINE compassion EACH and EVERY member of Eastern has displayed is

mind-boggling. They simply CARE and their compassion, knowledge and performance is a thing to behold.

EASTERN MED TECH comprise the very antithesis of the prior bozos we were subject to.

From top to bottom (not that a bottom exists - they are all superb) - they are available during every moment of

their working hours and if they cannot provide an immediate response to any question asked, they will consult and

get back to us almost immediately!

Here's hoping I haven't neglected to mention any of these literally GREAT folks, but the following folks at EASTERN

MED TECH have been nothing short of WONDERFUL They are as follows: PETER FALKSON, GIL, ALEXA COHEN,

TONY, JUSTIN, ALEX and ALEXANDRA. And once more, here's hoping I did not miss anyone because ALL perform

their responsiblities perfectly and their thoughtfulness and compassion is palpable.
