NELS is a hidden treasure. I work for a biotech, and we have been loyal customers to NELS since we began using them ~5 yrs ago. The owner, Fritz, is dependable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. NELS repairs and/or calibrates our incubators, centrifuges, shakers etc... They also provide service to labs at prominent Boston hospitals.

NELS is competent, efficient, and unlike other lab equipment repair companies in New England, they will NOT nickel & dime you. I cannot stress enough what a WONDERFUL experience we have had with NELS. If you work for a lab and something breaks, please give NELS a call!!

My lab group has been working with NE Labsystems and Fritz for +6 years. He is friendly, knowledgable, and reliable. On more than one occasion, he has gone above and beyond to find solutions for old equipment with difficult-to-source parts. Over the years, he has helped us with centrifuges (large and small, refrigerated and RT), CO2 incubators, benchtop shakers, power supplies, and heat blocks.
