Sullivan's Medical Supply has been sending bills in my infant daughter's name -- for something I never agreed to pay. They're now threatening to send it to a collection agency. The person I spoke to on the phone was quite rude. I won't go there again, and I recommend others go elsewhere too.

DO NOT ORDER MEDICAL SUPPLIES OR ANYTHING YOU NEED FROM THIS PLACE! I tried to order compression socks for my wife. We needed them for a specific date to prepare for surgery. We order them. The expected delivery date comes and goes. I call. We're told they will be here in 24-48 hours. No socks. Call again and told the same thing. No socks. This went in for way to long before I just went in myself and someone finally told me they were backordered. So I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. A year later they start sending me a bill for the socks we never received. I go in to talk to someone and one of the staff members even tells me this happened to him as an employee and to contact billing. No one has been helpful and it was an unnecessary headache. Agree with other posts that there is either fraud or some poor management of their medical supply orders! Do not order from here!!!

Sullivan's Pharmacy is top notch! They delivered my new hospital bed in a timely manner. The delivery man set up the bed in no time, and was friendly and courteous as well ! I highly recommend them.

Long wait online.no one ever has an answer. Called my doctor more than three times
and they have the proof of the submission of prescription and a someone did confirmed it was received on 12/16. But when I call
no one has an answer regarding the prescription. Is there anyone following up with the prescription. 🤷🏽‍♀️poor service. Is the only pharmacy with medical supplies.

Terrible. End of story. It doesn't matter the request, it takes multiple conversations and phone calls to get anything accomplished. They give you a date, and then no show with no explanation and "no record" of the request. The people who answer the phone are less than pleasant.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. A had surgery and the doctor ordered a wheelchair and a commode. After 9 months I received a bill from Sullivan’s Supply saying that I had received a pair of leg lift pillows that was a rental for $35.00 a month. I never received these leg lifts and actually bought some myself from Amazon for less than $35. I was billed for 6 months for the rental which my insurance paid for and I was billed $35 a month for 3 more months. I called Sullivans and they said that they would look into it and get back to me which they never did. They just billed me again for those leg lifts that I never received. This is FRAUD!!!

For over 2 years I’ve been trying to order a wedge pillow from these people -
I’ve even had my friends go look for it- there it was ! Yet they’ve lied to me and my insurance company !
I would even pay for the damn thing but they lie.
So I ordered one off EBay
