I was never informed that my insurance plan wasn’t accepted, and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told it wasn’t covered. A simple call or notification before my appointment would have saved me a lot of time and inconvenience. Very disappointing experience.

Dr zhini is no longer there and his patients were not told. Billing is off and no one ever answers the phone unless you want to make an appointment so they can take your money. You can never get through to them
regarding a problem. I've been having a problem with a billing issue and it's been a month and still no one gets back to me. They had a new take over there and I do not like it will be changing PCP. Called the number below to the response I received and still no help. The same run around! Try to give them one more chance by speaking to someone in person at the office for 30 minutes. She swore up and down she would help me resolve the problem and never did! They just don't care anymore and Im done.
