The wellness center has transformed my Mom’s life. Every one has been so kind and welcoming. This was just the social aspect she’s was missing and needed to help her as she continues on her road to recovery. Thank you!!

My husband’s doctor is Betzy Acevedo. Very caring doctor and attentive to his needs. Most of the personnel are friendly and generous. But others lacks people skills. My husband is in need of seeing multiple specialist due to his condition STAT. Here is where the incompetency starts and that we are facing. To get a referral on time take various visits to the clinic to inquire about it and the person attending losing their composure making you feel that you are being a burden to then. The majority of patients are elderly people which deserves more patience and time to understand everything.
I was planning in changing doctors to this clinic but with this experience with IMA I rather stay with my long time doctor that knows my needs already.
Perhaps a seminar teaching people skills would do good to some of the personnel.

This is my second visit and I must say both times I’ve come here they have been amazing. I suffer from chronic back pain due to degenerative disk disease and three back surgeries…every doctor I’ve gone to has only taken x-rays of the area in question. This is the first doctor that actually took x-rays of my entire spine and I’ve wanted doctors to do this for a while so I’m extremely happy about that on top of that every time I come here, well both times I’ve come here staff has been very nice very effective. The one that takes the temperature and your weight he is extremely good at what he does and very respectful with a great attitude, on top of that my doctor when I tell her I have an issue she actually listens and doesn’t cut you off, she hits that issue hard by making sure she does the correct test when they need to be done and mind you, this is only my second time here. Hands down the best I’ve had in the forty six years I’ve lived on this planet. Thank you for actually listening to me and providing the care I need. Always has been clean and the free coffee is definitely a plus.

My mom needed a doctor that cared, so I did my research and found Dr Betzy Acevedo!!! She’s not only caring but loves her profession and it shows. She’s attentive, listens and really makes you feel like a human being. She’s the best of the best!!! Also the staff is amazing as well.
