Money Money Money. I had an ER visit a year ago that my insurance picked up. A small bill slipped thru the cracks so I resent it to them they said they would get it handled. But until this SMALL bill is taken care of these people would not make an appointment what so ever. Mind you TINY amount of money. I could pay it but I pay insurance that's why I have it. I have never encountered a place so greedy and the staff be so incredibly hateful. I said the Dr referred me to your office to make an appointment within 3 days. "Well that doesn't mean you get seen in 3 days and you have a balance so you need to talk to patient accounts anyway" ummm I know I wouldn't be seen in 3 days i was just letting you know how I ended up calling your office...but thanks for your kind soul. The lady was so short and so hateful. Not to mention I was on hold for 45 minutes prior to getting a human. Going to a cancer center is scary as it stands. But to have to argue of pennies in the dollar and be spoken to like garbage I feel sorry for the people who have no choice but to go here. Shame on you all!

My husband went there, he had to get a catheter removed, while the nurses were prepping. One nurse dropped a glove on the floor. Then she attempted to pick it up and put it on her hand. I told her to throw that glove away and don't use it. No wonder patients get infections, she needs to go back to school. Need to get people who are more educated.

I feel lakeland regional & hollis cancer center failed my mother & thats the reason she passed away 2 months after even being diagnosed. They looked her in the eyes and told her not to worry she will be ok & has a high hopes for beating this cancer. I lost my mom too soon & too fast and i blame them.

Every time I’ve been here I loved it. There’s a lady at the front in Section C she’s a young beautiful brown woman, she has gotten me in quickly and if I had to wait it wouldn’t be long. I appreciate her a lot made my visit wonderful. As well I loved my nurse Amber H. she’s very sweet and gets the job done, took care of me nicely. I recommend this place 100%.

Had appt today 8.14.24 for my son at LRH north campus in the cardiologist department and we arrived at 745a for 8am appt and at 830a we was still waiting in the waiting area after asking the checkout ladies could they check on our appt the U/S tech came out and called his name when she asked me what wrong (bc it was all over my face) I told her we had been waiting over 30 mins for the appt she (Christina) with a raised voice starting saying she had a difficult patient and things happen and I had to tell her to lower her voice and stop being so nasty about it! After that she tells me I am not able to go in the room with my son bc he is 18 yrs (saying it with an attitude) knowing my son was already nervous!! Christina is the type of tech that should NOT be working in a place like this!! RUDE, NASTY AND HEARTLESS!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE TO THIS DEPARTMENT!!

Someone today had a extremely large heavy catering delivery order with over 77 items which took over a hour to wait and deliver and dash paid the driver 2.00 do you know what the customer tipped nothing so the poor driver only made 2.00 for 1.5 hrs of work shame on you

G.f. had throat cancer. Most unprofessional and unorganized medical facility I've ever been to..NOONE seems to know what they are doing. We have had appointments that we've been on time and they've been two hours late....on many occasions......dr.hatter was flat out NASTY......SO MUCH THAT WE CHANGED DRS....DR NAKKA😄THE NEW DR. WAS NICER BUT NEVER PUNCTUAL. THUS PKACE ABSOLUTELY SUXCXXX....UF YOU CAN GET TREATMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE I SURE WOULD.
