Company unorganized and product overpriced and unsafe. I’m going through a leg lengthening surgery and ordered the adjustable height shoe lifts that cost over $200. There is no sole on the bottom just the foam which is very slippery and dangerous to stand in or try and walk in to check leg length. The product is very cheaply made for over $200. Then there is the poor organization of this company. I ordered the lift the first time and never got it even though I paid for overnight shipping. A couple days later with no shipment in hand, I called and they seemed unconcerned that an item that was ordered and overnight shipping purchased wasn’t even attempted to be filled. They apologized and reordered it and an associate sent me a personal email and said if I had issues to reach out to him personally. However, he never sent me an email confirmation so I don’t have the right order number on the one that came. I tried emailing him and the company and calling to get a refund and return it. No one responded to the emails and the woman I talked to on the phone was going to try and track down my order and call me back and never did. Awful company, awful product!!

Ordered something that I need for physical therapy. Got an order confirmation via email, 3 weeks later it hadn't arrived so I called them. It took an hour on the phone to talk to the right person, and ultimately they said someone would call me/email me the next day. The next day, they told me my order had been canceled due to some error with the payment. Would have been nice to know that. I can't stand companies like this who obviously have no respect for their customers' time.

My shipment was never delivered (via UPS) and was returned to sender after three bogus "attempted deliveries" (no, they did not attempt a delivery) for "unpaid brokerage fees." I would have paid the fees had anyone asked me. But that's a story for UPS's review page. When I called AliMed looking for a refund on the item I never actually got, the rep said the amount would be credited within a few weeks. That was December, 2022 and as of today I still have no refund. I have sent two emails to "customer service" with no reply. I would definitely steer clear of ordering anything from this company.

BUYER BEWARE. These folks charge a non-negotiable 20% restock fee even if you don't take out of the plastic. Mind you, you have no ability to try on their products because it's online only. Great way to screw people and make money anyway even if the product delivered is not as promised. By the way their customer service is terrible. They do not respond to inquiries.

The company does not seem to care customers at all. My measurement is between the sizes, so to be conservative, I chose the small/medium. When I got it, I couldn't even put it on my knee. It was too small. When I called, the rep said I can't return because I took the brace out of the original package. I asked if customer had rights to try. She became silent, then she said she would charge me 25% restocking fee. At first I thought about an exchange, but my gut feeling says no. So, I asked for a refund knowing I would lose 25%. One week went by, I didn't get the RMA # for return. I called, and the 2nd rep said the first one didn't complete the return process. She said she would finish it for me, but it may take 4-7 days for me to get the RMA #. I waited for 9 days to call, the 3rd rep said the previous two didn't finish the process. In the end, she gave me the number on the phone. What a waste of time--3 weeks to get a return number! I would never ever do business with them again.

This company is simply put awful. Tried to place an order for prescription lead glasses. Was told I need an acct number. Got a # and then was told it's invalid. Then told I can't have an acct number till I place order. Emailed to place an order and was then asked for acct number again. Told I need to say that I am a new customer and don't have one. Did that, and was asked for an acct number again. Over 2 weeks to simply try to place an order. Don't waste your time!

This company is terrible. They have awful item search coding. I ordered a keyboard from and got sent key board parts. I called them and sent them emails to get the items they sent returned. On the phone they told me that the return department would send me an email to start the process. Don't order products from this company, they will send you the wrong item and not let you return. It's a scam!

Absolutely an awful company that does not care about people. Ordered a collar that was NEEDED immediately had to pay 100 dollar shipping and next day didn't get it day after didnt get it and then was told they will not ship to me. I wish them nothing but the worst.
