Dalton medical Associates are the best doctor’s office that I’ve been to a Massachusetts. As a minority, my concerns are listen to and everyone is so kind. I honestly recommend this doctors office.

Having been patients at Dalton Medical Associates for over five years, my family and I can confidently attest to the quality of care provided. One of the highlights of this practice is its accessibility. The location is what it is, but specifically the flexibility with the option for having online or phone appointments when applicable. For us, scheduling visits is incredibly convenient. The staff and nurses have always been patient and kind with us too. We've never been disappointed with their ability to assist with insurance questions, handling some disability paperwork, and managing prescriptions going to multiple pharmacies.

Despite some negative reviews citing rudeness, we have experienced nothing but respect and compassion from the entire staff. Overall, Dalton Medical Associates has been nothing but professional and caring for my family.

I WILL SHOUT FROM THE TOP OF MOUNTAINS HOW AMAZING THIS PRACTICE IS!!! I have extremely high medical anxiety and had called 20+ offices to get in to no avail. Sabrina, Lindsey, Heather, Colleen and Mrs. Vicki at the front desk felt like family from the first call. I was seen on a very reasonable amount of time from the first call and my doctor was truly one of the best medical experience I have ever had. Dr. Yves Beauchamp instantly called me and every single anxiety I had. They gave me hope, relief and comfort. This office is amazing. I will be a patient for life!

With the changeover of staff over the past few years, Dalton Medical has become a madhouse of incompetence and unprofessionalism that reaches from the receptionists and the office manager all the way to the owner, Dr. Thomas Vaughan (whom I specifically cannot recommend). I would steer clear of this practice at all costs.
Specifically, in this instance, they cancelled my appointment without notifying me, and then failed to respond to MY voicemail to confirm my appointment—from the day before—before the time of my afternoon appointment. When I arrived for my (cancelled) appointment, I was turned away with minimal explanation, and without a single apology and without any effort to make me another, immediate appointment—despite their repeated errors (and my wasted time and trouble). When I brought this up with the owner, Dr. Vaughan, he was entirely and completely unresponsive. Insanity.

I really like the receptionists there, especially Lindsay. BUT the nurse I spoke with when I was trying to be seen was absolutely RUDE and condescending! Go elsewhere. Very unprofessional .

Was double billed, then asked to pay a 'certified letter fee'. The billing person was rude and couldn't understand why I would be frustrated. Will Never go back here.
