There is quite literally no way to overstate how wonderful this place is. Nobody goes to the emergency vet because they are having a great day, but the kindness, compassion, understanding and care that everyone here showed to us during our visit the other night was beyond exceptional and truly made a tough time easier.

My wife brought our sweet kitty boy, Jerry, here the other night for a suspected stroke. They let her sit with him almost all night while I was trying to get out of work to come be with him and figure out a game plan. They showed her so much grace during those long hours, and I will be forever grateful for that.

When I finally arrived, they talked me through everything going on with him in a detailed but understandable way, and answered all of the questions that I had. The vet we had, I cannot remember her last name but it started with G, was very conscious of Jerry's comfort level and QOL when discussing a game plan moving forward, was very realistic with us about the possibilities moving forward, but was never unkind about any of it. I really appreciated her demeanor and honesty.

I am very happy to report that due to their exceptional help and care, Jerry is already making strides forward in his health and is on a steady road to recovery. I am so grateful for the people here, the care they gave both my wife and cat, and the work that they do day in and day out. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you need emergency vet care- they worked with us within our budget and as I keep repeating, were so immensely kind and compassionate.

Appreciated the respect and kindness offered from the initial phone call, to being greeted by name at arrival. After a meaningful conversation with the vet, and an an efficient discharge, VESH was professional and caring every step of the way. It was a good outcome for our cat, and we’re thankful to have this option for emergencies in our community.

Very appreciative of the care provided to my cat when he went in for a blocked bladder. Doctors and staff were prompt and informative of his diagnosis and treatment options. They were open to listening to any of our concerns, and thoroughly answered any questions that we had regarding his care and treatment plan. Emergencies are not cheap, but they were respectful of cost and not doing unnecessary procedures. They kept you up to date on progress with direct phone calls and text messages. As a veterinary technician myself, I am very particular on my cats care and get very stressed when it is out of my hands, however they were very willing to hear my concerns and talk through treatment options that worked for both of us, which shows that they want what is best for your pet, while also making sure you are comfortable with the treatment plan as well.
I’ve been to several emergencies over the years, I feel that this was one of the best and will absolutely trust them with my animals future emergency needs.
I am very thankful and appreciative of all of the staff in an emergency setting. Emergency medicine is not an easy job. Thank you for being there to help sick pets and worried owners every step of the way. Oliver also says thank you! He is home and doing well after his emergency! 🙌🏻

Great experience from the first phone call to checking out. My cat was treated right away for his urinary blockage. Everyone I spoke to was very informative and to the point which I appreciated very much. They were quick to check him in and after his overnight visit when checking out they brought to my attention that I had a 1300 credit which was a great bonus! I felt that they were vey honest and thorough. I will def go back if I’m ever in an emergency situation again ( fingers crossed).

All the staff were kind and compassionate and took good care of our fur baby. His diagnosis was scary, but they helped us and we are doing the best we can for him and keeping our eye on him. I am thankful we had such a place to go.

I had the most wonderful experience with all the staff considering it was a very stressful time. I live over an hour away and had to arrive both times (drop pet off and return to pick up)in bad weather. Being unnerved with the pets illness and the drive, the staff were very understanding. They kept me posted with all the details as they said…the vets were very friendly and answered all my questions and were very understanding of my concerns. The outcome couldn’t have been better! Very much trusted their care and hope to not have another emergency but if so will definitely use them again in the future!

Our cat Boo needed medical attention around midnight, and they took her in immediately. Unfortunately she passed away, but they took good care of her in her final moments and were beyond compassionate. Thank You for being empathetic during a difficult time. Not my first positive experience with this hospital either.

Expensive…but worth every cent. My 11 week old puppy was fighting for his life with really bad pneumonia. He went in, and came out a puppy again in less than 48 hours. These vets worked fast and efficiently, they truly saved his life. I appreciate their communication, support, and dedication through such a stressful time.
However, still expensive as heck, I would recommend applying for a care-credit card before visiting cause it was not a cheap visit (You also have to pay it all up front.) Would have been a 5 star rating otherwise 🙂
