Let me tell you about my experience my yearly appointment three months ago go in for the appointment and literally it's a three minute little exam because I'm over the age of 40 for glaucoma and it wasn't even the eye exam to see what my glasses would be. when I got done that four minutes later after leaving work two hours early And then get told I had to make another appointment for the actual eye exam and that the doctor would talk to me about the exam. I just did at the next appointment 2 1/2 months later after waiting for a year for the appointment and then I have the appointment next week and I just get called and told that they have to reschedule and there's no spots till April. This is what's wrong with American healthcare and this company. This should be illegal and they should be fined for medical malpractice if anybody is seeing this, please pick a different optometrist because this building is a joke. his medical buildings and offices. Send you a bill and charge you if you cancel an appointment, but they can cancel all the time and then make an appointment for months down the road. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I was referred to the Lymphedema Clinic here by my doctor & cannot say enough about the therapy I've received from Audrey! She is very friendly, compassionate, & professional & so far has always been prompt when it comes to my appointment times, which is very helpful, because I do live a bit far from the clinic. Audrey has taught me so much that I never knew before about my condition & how to treat/manage it. She is always happy to explain things to me in a detailed manner & answer any questions that I might have. She does not rush & is very thorough in the quality care she provides patients & always makes sure that you are completely comfortable during sessions. I like how she also teaches you things that you can try at home to help with your condition. I would definitely recommend Audrey to anyone in need of help with Lymphedema! She's just excellent.

This is long overdue. I had three fingertips removed due to a health issue so I was sent here for occupational therapy. I ended up being seen by Lois. She is by far the best person I could have ever seen. She was very kind and helpful with all my needs. I am just disappointed that my insurance company only let me go for a limited time. I could have benefited from more time with her. Thank you Lois I am forever grateful for your help and support.

Thank you so much Ewa. Today I brought my mother to her urology appointment here and because she is disabled and in a wheelchair I scheduled her transportation with Paratransit and because she needs help getting on and off the bus I went with her on the bus. They were running an hour behind and I had to pick up my daughter at school. I told Ewa my situation and without hesitation she drove me to my house to get my car so I could get my daughter and drive back to get my mom on the bus. We are so grateful.

This post is long overdue. We could not have been happier with the service that our sister received from Lymphedema specialist, Jen, provided. She was extremely caring and compassionate through the many weeks therapy was provided to her. Each session, we were given a very thorough review of our sister's progress, what type of therapy was administered, and what the plan would be for future sessions. We have visited a number of hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and clinics. Jen is one of the very best we have encountered. Kudos to Harrington for having such an amazing staff member.

I also found the receptions to be very warm and welcoming when we arrived each time. (sometimes 2-3x/week). This made each visit comfortable. My only suggestion going forward would be for those involved in scheduling appointments to consistently call back. Several times, we would wait 2 or 3 days before anyone would call back to schedule/reschedule appointments or we would have to call and leave another message. This was the only frustration experienced. Not enough for me to lessen the five stars I am giving to the service.

This is driving me crazy I left message to audiologist hearing aid and try reach them pass couple months and keep saying will be back 1-3 weeks I call that day on message told me when be back and I did call no answer. This is frustrating and can’t reach office or doctor or anyone one phone number said busy too many time but couple time did not said busy and other number try reach them. I am getting frustrating with them and I can’t reach them. Someone please other way communicate with them.

I'm specifically writing this about the optometrist. He was awful and uncaring. Totally botched me and my grandmother's glasses, her bifocal was WORSE than the glasses she has! When I told him that I couldn't see properly he just said "thats the best I can do". Seriously don't bother getting an eye test done, you'll waste your copay.

Therapist were very capable but ASK FOR THE BILLING COSTS FIRST. The services (both occupational and physical therapy) cost me a fortune out of pocket because Harrington Hospital grossly overcharged my insurance company. Too expensive, find a different practice.
