DO NOT GO HERE!! I got here 2 hours before they close. There was one patient in the waiting room and the receptionist acted like she didn’t know why I was here. It’s supposed to be an urgent care. She claimed that they had too many patients to see and I wouldn’t be able to be seen. After I was questioned about my symptoms in the waiting room with no privacy, she went to talk to someone to see if they could see me. When she came back I was informed that I could be seen but they couldn’t see anyone else. I sat here 40 minutes and one patient came out and one has been called. This is not an urgent care! Totally unacceptable!!!
Once I was called, the PA was excellent. I am happy with the care from the PA the support staff and office need help.

Never really had a great experience here… not to say YOU cant…. But its too small of a place for anything serious….. more for like smaller burns/cuts….utis, rashes, etc… don’t expect much, but they do what they can…. Staff can be hit or miss… have met some friendly, some will be so rude, you walk right out…. So just dont want in with great expectations. If you can go to med express or other urgent care id highly recommend.

I get sinus infections fairly often, antibiotics help. I was told that my symptoms are not a sinus infection and they can’t do anything for me. Do not go here, the incompetent doctors will waste your time and money. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Low rating for staff entirely, not even gonna touch the surface of the horrid wait times and lack of care for patients time. NP’s are on too much of a high horse to care for patients. First horrid experience NP failed to wrap my open wound correctly and ripped the scab clean off still have a scar. Cherry on top, I get chronic sinus infections every winter and typically come here to get seen. Come in today and get all testing flu, covid, strep after explaining my sinus and ear symptoms in detail. 3 hours later I am sent off with absolutely nothing but wasted time and the same dizzy head and ear aches I came in with. Can’t wait to come back in a few days with the same symptoms

Cara Vickers, PA was absolutely amazing ! She was so kind and caring toward my 3 year old daughter , who really was not feeling well. Cara took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms. She was a wonderful resource and was so knowledgeable! I have five young children, but was still very nervous, Cara calmed every fear I had !
On top of our wonderful experience, Cara called me to check on my daughter the very next day - I couldn’t believe it!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They won’t perform a simple flu test after a certain time of day, but they don’t give this information on the phone. This failure caused my very ill daughter to make a wasted trip when she could have gone somewhere else.

I visited Cooley Dickinson Urgent care for what I thought could be strep throat. When offered a test for RSV, Covid, and the flu, I asked the provider about the cost of the test. Was it included in the visit? Would my insurance cover it? The provider said it was covered by the cost of the visit.

The test cost over $700 and my insurance did not cover it entirely, and I was billed for the remainder in addition to my copay. I called to complain and explained my situation – I would have said no to the test, which I didn't think was necessary anyway, had I known it was so expensive. After taking months to review my complaint, I was told that the office staff investigated my claim and that I would be responsible for the bill. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that none could be provided because of policies around disclosing internal conversations.

I'm incredibly frustrated and will not return to this facility again for any reason. If you need to receive care there, ask staff to confirm with certainty the costs of the care options they offer before agreeing to receive any tests, medicines, etc.

My stepson arrived several minutes prior to their 730pm cut off time. He was finally relieved from work and able to make it to urgent care in hopes to be treated for an agonizing ingrown toenail infection. Instead, he was completely ignored at the check in window while the receptionist scarfed down her dinner. When she finally acknowledged him, she said "sorry, it's past 730 and we're no longer accepting patients." Now, with the exception of the ER, he has no where to be seen until tomorrow morning. Sad thing is, they don't care. The receptionist is cold inside, lacking normal human emotions. Listen to the reviews on this place- don't bring your sick loved ones here!
