Trash! The reception was nice and welcoming and there was basically no wait time. I went in for abdominal pain and behind my ear.
They didn’t even send in an actual Dr., it was a PA by the name of Suzanne Farinella. She insinuated that I had OCD, was very dismissive of my concerns and extremely condescending. My BP was 150/102, she wasn’t concerned about that number at all. In fact, she said it was anxiety! I pay attention to my body and know when something is off. Something is off! She literally says, “things just happen and then they go away.” Girl, please with the nonsense, if you want to play Dr. then go and update those credentials. Stop playing and assuming in folks faces. The interaction I had with this human being was very discouraging, upsetting and a complete scam. But they billed my insurance for the Doc Mcstuffins treatment I received.

I just want to write this review to let the staff here know that they should be extremely proud of themselves. I visited Urgent Care on Sunday at 4:20 pm (40 minutes) before they closed. I can say that I have NEVER been treated so kindly by an urgent care staff, from the young woman working the front desk to Dr. Hultgren, who treated me. I have been sick for 11+ days and I was in desperate need of help. Every single person in there was not only helpful, but was kind, which I didn’t expect, especially visiting so close to their closing time. This urgent care sets a great example for how all urgent cares should operate and treat their patients. I will most definitely be a returning customer, and recommend this place to my friends and family!

Not from the area, was in pain- waited 2 hours for a 2 second visit. They collected a sample and said they would call me. 24 hours later still painful and got a call with results at 10am. Meds were not called in to cvs until 4p. Front staff was nice but med assistant was clearly annoyed that I called 2x asking why my meds were not called into cvs yet. Not sure if the attitude or lack of efficiency pissed me off more. Totally get being busy but the time to get meds called in was unacceptable.

I cannot express enough, how amazing everyone was from the front staff to the back to the doctor. I just left there today and I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Stay beautiful. Jackie Vincent

Went to their urgent care today. The PA, check in secretary and the rad tech were great ! the nurse or lpn who roomed me was Disheveled. she made inappropriate remarks about me which were uncomfortable . I called and reported her to patient advocacy. They need a lesson in the umass standards of respects and HIPAA .

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in last week because I felt like I had bronchitis. I get bronchitis almost every winter, so I am familiar with all the symptoms and know what it feels like. They did a Covid and flu test then took a chest x-ray. The PA, who I am pretty sure did not listen to a single thing I told her about my symptoms, came back and said she didn’t see anything on the x-ray, prescribed me a cough suppressant and rushed me out the door without saying anything else. Well, today I had to spend another morning sitting around a different urgent care center to find out that I have pneumonia!
So thank you, Urgent Care Express at Harrington for wasting my time last week and putting my health at risk. Thankfully I found a much better urgent care center someplace else, and that will now be my go-to clinic when I can’t see my regular doctor.
I will never return to this place, and I advise everyone else to do the same.

Went here with severe itch over my entire body. PCP was booked solid, so I decide to come here. Told NP my wife had the same itch only 4 weeks longer. NP diagnosed me with scabies. Misdiagnosed!!!
Medicine subscribed made it worse!!
NP should not be put into settings when they have little experience in hospital care knowledge.
Won't be back. Imagine prescribing a med that makes the illness worse
