Frozen pipes in our house. Landlord stacks bails of hay around the base of the house. Sill is still at 29 degrees. Bails of hay get wet. Now it smells like a donkey in our kitchen. Charlton board of health says it can wait to get repaired in the spring.

Jim Philbrook came to do an inspection and never wrote a report and is not returning my calls. My kitchen floor gets wet and the fumes from the laundry room are coming in my apt because the investment company, Wayfinders, is refusing to do repairs.
