Horrible blood drawing experience. Got sent here and told they don’t do the horizon screening test, when in fact they do because their clinic manager scheduled the test order.

For another blood drawn, the technician did a poor job and gave me a massive bruise /swelling afterwards. I would avoid this place at all costs. It is a shame that Harvard/mount auburn medical system has such a poorly run outpost.

If there was an option for no stars that would be a more appropriate rating. I miscarried and their level of care was nonexistent. In no way did they prepare me for the amount of physical pain I would experience, they didn’t check in on me once and they weren’t even capable of sending orders for my labs. I would never wish an experience with a practice such as this on my worst enemy.
