Doctors and nurses were great with my children as well as we had almost no wait time, however the appointment secretary needs to be removed. She treated us as if we were a bother to her and she actually had to get off her cell phone and do her job. Constant eye rolling, disrespect and just plain rude. Has no business working with the public. It’s a professional office not a club....also get treated pretty much the same way when calling for any reason. These people do not deserve these jobs as they have zero desire to give customer service. So sad as we chose to go here because we live close. As of now we still can’t be given dental appts for my 3 children in a timely manner even tho the dentist himself came and greeted us at our last medical visit. We have attempted three times now to make appt for cleanings but nothing is offered after school hours. That makes no sense. As well as I am such a bother to the appointment clerk all together. Myself and children will be going elsewhere and that’s sad because it is a inconvenience for us. This world is really in a state of turmoil when you can’t even be nice to your peers while being PAID

Left from my appointment with a panic/ anxiety attack from treatment I received !Was treated horrible . Everyone has an attitude ..The intake receptionist was the only nice person there. The other receptionist was on her cell phone in personal loud conversation and was aggravated at me for being in line.The doctor was horrible to me .Left in tears and will never go back!

Nurses are too busy making personal conversations which every room can hear. The wait time with an appointment is still over an hour everytime I go here before even being removed from the waiting area. Don't bother calling or having your pharmacy call to refill you prescriptions because they will just forward you to a voicemail and not call you or the pharmacy back. This office is terrible!!!!

I have had nothing but great services from everyone. They are all friendly and kind. They have saved my life twice now. Thank God for a clinic I can afford.And I have never had to wait hours to see the Doctor.

I thought off broad Street was the worst board of health but they are really terrible here, u call and set a appointment and still don't get seen till 2 in a half hours later. Them young girls are just up there to get a check everyone just sitting around talking no one want to work, it was a good place to be when it first open they were getting u in and out that is why I stayed but now I am gonna change my kids doctors

I have had nothing but a great experience with the doctors and nurses. They are always extremely friendly and absolutely wonderful to my kids.
