This has to be the best medical supply store on earth, and I'm not exaggerating even a little bit.

I had just spent 21 straight hours traveling from Eastern Europe to Detroit, and I had forgot my CPAP mask. I call United Medical Supply as I board my flight to Milwaukee. I explain my situation to Evette, that I need a CPAP mask, I land after they close, and I haven't got a wink of sleep in days. I'm in desperate need of some human compasion. Without a second thought she tells me she'll leave a mask for me to pickup with the business next door, and I can come get it when I land. She doesn't ask for anything in return, completely free of charge. Thanks to her, I got a solid seven hours before my meeting the next day, and felt alive for the first time in days. Thanks so much! What's the lesson here? These are good people that care about their customers. Heck, they even care about complete strangers in need of help, like myself. If you care about who you do business with, use these fine folks, you won't receive better customer service anywhere else, I guarantee it.

Buying a wheelchair is a difficult transition to acceptance. The experience was incredibly easy task due solely to our in shop service provider. She arranged everything including order for shipping. My new semi-Harley, ready to race.
