Under the new ownership, the quality has greatly declined. Without any x-rays, they told me I had six cavities after they saw me less than four months before that... I went to a different dental group, they took x-rays, and told me I had no cavities. Dr. Green (the previous dentist) was great, but under the new ownership, you're better off going somewhere else.

I was quite happy with Dr Green and her team for several years, and now Dr Elabdola and his staff have continued taking good care of me. Convenient walkable location for those who live or work in Cambridge. I can highly recommend them.

Be careful, the dentist(s) working here recently changed, and while the previous ones were great, one of the new dentists wanted to drill into every stain on my teeth and put fillings, which seemed extremely suspicious. I got a second opinion which confirmed this was unnecessary. This negative experience most probably doesn't reflect the work of the team there as a whole, I suspect I was just unlucky with one of the dentists.

Apart from the hygienist, who was very gentle and kind, this was a terrible experience that I am still working on addressing several months later. I had four cavities filled last summer and was later told by two other dentists when getting second opinions that they were extremely aggressive, did not need to be done, and were done poorly. Because of the deep fillings done so close to the nerve, I developed an infection and have since had to spend thousands of dollars getting a root canal and crown on a tooth that previously didn't bother me and that likely didn't even need the initial filling. I still have pain and discomfort and will likely have to have more work done to address the issues caused by being seen at Cambridgeport Dental. I suggest avoiding this practice at all costs, or getting a second opinion before getting any work done here.
