I am a physician practicing in in Orlando Florida and had the great fortune of "accidentally" discovering Medical Equipment Sales Associates. This Company is absolutely amazing. Since my first encounter they have consistently provided more than 5-star service.
The owner James is a true wealth of information. His advice literally saved me several hundred dollars in just my first conversation With him. Since then he has been a frequent resource and as provided well reasoned answers to all of my questions from the most mundane to the most complex - essentially any issue related to medical office equipment. You cannot go wrong doing business with MESA.

I recently purchased a refurbished Skytron 6700B surgical table from Medical Equipment Sales Associates and I am VERY pleased. James Vollbracht provided me with outstanding customer service from start to finish. He helped me find what I wanted at a reasonable price. The product was delivered in a timely fashion and packaged very well so that no damage occurred in shipping. The table looks like new and functions flawlessly. I am not a person to typically write reviews but given the great customer service and quality of the product I felt they earned a 5 star review and would give 6 stars if I could. I have already referred two other surgeons to James and will definitely be doing more business with this company in the future. A pleasure to do business with! They will not disappoint you.

So James sold me a couple of Mindray Anesthesia Machines and I must say that not only was the items top line, but it was in excellent, new condition! All the accessories were in OEM wrapped plastic, units were clean and really in new condition!
Ames also will follow up monthly to check status of equipment along with letting me new of new equipment for sales, absolutely amazing! Thank You James! I highly recommend him!

Our office needed a solution for office-based capnography. We were having an issue with incompatibility between nasal hood capture, connection, tubing, filter and monitor. I contacted Mr. James Vollbracht at MESA. He had been instrumental in the past with helping us select the right monitoring equipment in for our office. I have to say that Mr. Vollbracht went above and beyond when it came to finding a solution for our dilemma. And find a solution he did. We really appreciate all the effort and time spent by Mr. Vollbracht in helping us out. He is extremely knowledgeable in regards to equipment sold by MESA and if he doesn't have an answer right away, is quick to research one. Great and timely communication.
