After a week of wasting my time, this company trying to confirm payment and my billing address, I even sent my credit card statement and recent transactions all the info they wanted, I had to cancel the order, they suggested I do a Zelle or a bank transfer, I don't want to do that because I would lose the credit card protection if I do, it's probably a SCAM (talking about company policy after a week) wow!

I ordered a finger sensor pulse oximeter from Concord that was rated the best available by a New York Times article that I had read. I have had very poor results with cheaper pulse oximeters. I describe them as "random number generators" for me. I can get readings that differ by 15-20% just by changing fingers that I place the sensor on. The $190 sensor that I ordered from Concord really did not perform any better for me than the cheaper sensors, so I gave them a 1-star rating. A couple of days after posting the rating, I received a call from Concord customer service inquiring about my experience and offering to help. After some discussion, John recommended a multi-site sensor hand-held pulse oximeter that he said he had recommended to others with similar issues to mine, and it had always worked well. He processed a new order for the hand-held sensor and sent me a prepaid return mailing label to send back the original pulse oximeter for credit. The new sensor arrived today, and it works much better. I clip the sensor on my ear lobe and get an accurate, consistent reading within 15 seconds. I can now say that I am very satisfied with my customer experience.

They went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an old device we received from the hospital that started malfunctioning. John spent time on multiple occasions helping me figure out the solution and getting us the correct parts to be able to continue to monitor my special needs daughter's oxygen concentration and pulse rate at home. We had to live out of town for months. I needed to track my INR bi-weekly , but trying to find a doctor and test often was gonna get expensive. I have APS, so it needs to be watched carefully.

My doctor prescribed an at home tester and I picked the ILINE MICROINR. Easy to use, accurate, and allows me to adjust my Warfarin as often as I need. No more running to doctor office to check my blood.

I do it myself. By now, the tester has more paid for itself.

I purchased a Masimo Pulse Oximeter MAS-9909 from ConcordHealthSupply for $300. While still I have issues with the Oximeter the help I received from Concord Health Supply was amazing. He took the time to help me download the correct app, get it paired to my iphone, he sent me a link to the oximeter documentation, answered questions about the display and settings. This is a first class company.
