This is for Chicago. Ordering online was easy. I was able to select the delivery date and pick up date. However when I got the confirmation email it just listed "5 days" and said it was shipping. I was in need of a wheelchair the next day due to an accident, so couldn't wait for anything to ship. I tried to contact them to clarify, but my email went unanswered. I started to make arrangements the next day with a different company and a wheelchair showed up at my door. Because I didn't know the time I didn't have anyone around to go down and get it (I have stairs), so had the driver leave it until my partner came home. The quality of the chair was great. I had to pay extra for the leg to lift so I could keep it elevated, something that the new rental company I went with didn't charge for. It came time for them to pick it up and there wasn't any communication as to when they would arrive, not even a window. I emailed again and left a voicemail. I finally found the number of a driver and he was able to give me a time estimate. The wheelchair was picked up without issue. I still need a chair but I went with a different company that's close to me because their communication and prices were better. We did have to pick up that wheelchair, but it was a better experience.
