Friendly staff, fast check in. Nurse collected all clinical information and vitals then doctor followed up and collected a sample to run a quick test, medication was prescribed and all questions answered. Really glad they are so conveniently located and that they take my insurance it saved me the hassle of booking with my PCP and waiting for an appointment when I needed prompt care.

Ben coming here since they opened . Dominic and Quan are very professional. I reside at Lefrak and it’s very close. I’ve taken my kids and they’re both great. I even went when j had mastitis and Dr. Dominic was very professional. Fast at sending prescriptions and I never feel rushed . Even my sister comes here because she liked the service .

I was sent to the emergency room at this place by orders of my local urgent care facility to receive IV treatment for cellulitis. As soon as I arrived, the young lady at the desk possessed a phenomenal personality. She took my information, had me fill out a quick form and the process was only 5 minutes. I was then asked to be seated to wait on the nurse to call out my name which also only took only five minutes. Each nurse asked me a few questions and asked me to wait for the Doctor to call me. Yet again....it only took five minutes for the Doctor to call my name and I was ready to be seen. They sat me on a gurney, confirmed my information, I waited maybe about another 7 minutes for the nurse to arrive and hook me up to the IV, they checked up on me a couple of times to see how I was doing, took me off the IV, prescribed me with antibiotics and sent me on my way. I've been to this hospital in the company of family members before and I must say that I do not understand why they receive such awful reviews. I truly believe that if you practice a little patience and kindness during your process, your experience would be entirely different! I give Forest Hills Hospital all the credit in the world for being some of the kindest, most intelligent, hard working folks in the borough of Queens....Maybe even the entire City!!!! Keep up the good work! There are still people out here that truly appreciate what you do!!!

I went to Go Health Urgent Care because I wasn’t feeling well. I had a dry cough, a runny nose and what seemed like a constant headache. Dr. Quan examined me, and knew exactly what I was going through. She immediately told me that I had a cold. She gave me a prescription for Benzonatate and Fluticasone Propionate. Even though I’m still experiencing some of the symptoms every now and again, the prescriptions she prescribed for me are working. Thank you Dr. Quan

Went there 1-hour before they closed on New Years Eve. Everyone was pleasant, professional and non-rushed. Dr. Kwon, was very funny and had me laughing.

It was overall a 5/5 however the best advice I have is to register before going even if you have to go at a later time opposed to just walking in. I say this to help you avoid going and sitting long in the waiting area with other sick people.

Service and staff were great as they were very friendly. The reception staff (a male) was very polite and helpful. All staff seemed to genuinely care about the patients.

Now for the business please consider new seats. The clinic/center is nice & clean but the seats appear worn. Also this type of seating doesn't allow for any distancing.

The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The facility itself was clean, and comfortable. I was checked in, and treated quickly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that needs services.
