This location became so horrible. I came in, and 5 people came after me as I was doing a self check-in. All five people were seen as I was standing by the reception so they could bill my copay. They said it was $50 but billed me $40. Then they apologized and billed me $10 more. This took 10mins because they had computer issues. All this happened while I was standing and feeling like..... I don't get it why I could pay the copay online as I was checking in. On top of that, people who came after me and seen before me started to leave after being seen. The place had a cold feeling, and the music was loud and not even appropriate. You barely can hear you came being called. I would go on and write more, but I think I made my point. If I could, I would give negative stars.

Absolutely ridiculous! Charged me $100 for my copay visit- and only did a rapid Covid and Flu test! They did not do a full respiratory panel and therefore I did not get my results the next day even though I had 102.0 fever. Why didn’t the doctor send out my swabs for full panel and only did rapid?!

I usually have a very nice experience whenever I go to this CityMD but this time I have a unpleasant incident. Had gone in to inquire about a sore throat I was experiencing. When Dr. A.V came and examined the situation. I told him kindly that I've been experiencing a sore throat and that I see small white dots at the back of my mouth. Usually I get antibiotics for this. He did his examination and concluded there's no white dots and that after receiving the strep test from the lab, he will determine If I need antibiotics. I had asked, "are you sure" because I had seen the spots and wanted to confirm for my own reassurance. He said "I've done this thousands of times, I'm sure". Satisfied, I left and before leaving the clinic I went to the bathroom. As I was washing my hands, I can hear the doctor talking to his colleagues saying "are you sure", as if he was making fun of what just happened. I found that disrespectful and unprofessional. As a healthcare provider myself, I found this offense and rude to do to patients who comes for care. I understand he might have found it silly or may have offend him (which I clarified why I'm asking this), but doesn't mean to talk/make fun of your patients. He probably didn't know I was still there but still, best to keep your professional.

The definition of medical malpractice!, its a shame for the handful of great doctors/staff here but the majority? don't come here unless u want to get misdiagnosed and dismissed.You always have to go elsewhere after to get proper medical treatment . Don't waste ur money unless ur visit is free and u have time to waste then go ahead. They want to get u out of there as fast as possible and likely just make up a diagnosis.I got diagnosed with an EAR infection and I told the PA there's no way I have no ear pain he said that the ear infection was on its way..... next day I went back and was told it was a sinus infection LOL be so fr. They even told my friend she had the flu when her test showed only one line... I dont know what scam they're running here but im over it.

I have multiple experiences here. Some terrible, some great. Dad had a broken toe, the doc pulled it before doing an x ray. Niece sliced her foot open, the doc was extremely gracious with us. Then once I went in and the doc stared at me like an alien. I guess it varies but wait time is decent and they are relatively organized

This is the location !!! I will travel rain & snow just to come here. Never a long wait, always quick and friendly staff. The Doctors are very knowledgeable professionals and kind. Never had an issue here. Even when calling to ask a question the staff at the front have always been patient in answering questions and making sure you're helped. This is honestly the only City MD I will go to.

Doctor/nurse staff are fine but the staff that handle scheduling are incompetent.

I went to CityMD on 12/5. They gave me a printout for a followup appointment for me the next day at Summit in Forest Hills for a doctor to actually handle my son's fractured metacarpal.

Fast forward to 12/6 - I show up at Summit and there is no appointment on file for today. In fact, CityMD booked an appointment for 12/5 2 hours before I was even at CityMD in the first place.

I broke a glass at home & got shards stuck in my foot. My wait before being seen was about 35 min & the PA who saw me is Kim. She carefully maneuvered with her scapel to get it out, checking with me frequently to make sure she wasn't causing me more pain. Her bedside manner is exceptional. Kim is friendly, professional, courteous & kind. The young lady at the front desk who checked me in was nice as well. I would come back to this location in the future if the need arises
