After Dr. Lacorte left I was never given a new doctor and was bounced around. I am pregnant so I see a bunch of different people. I have experienced so many times them telling me they sent lab tests over for me to complete and then when I get to the lab they’re never sent over and when I call them out on it they lie and yell at me me that it’s my fault. They don’t communicate with each other and they’re beyond disorganized. The nurses are extremely rude to patients on the phone and in person, and I personally love nurses and usually think they’re so nice, not here! I have a serious health condition and they make me feel like a joke. I would never recommend this doctors office, look anywhere else.

Since Dr. Schute left I was bounced around to get an appointment. I finally got one but I sat waiting for the doc for a log time, he rushed through my check up... I need to find a different place, if you are looking for an OBGYN don't go here.

Literally terrible, never get a call back for pregnancy concerns, meds don’t get refilled or they make you feel guilty for asking for a refill for anti nausea meds especially when pregnant and having to work nightshift as a nurse in an ER. Switching out to a new obgyn as soon as I can

Edit:
Another terrible encounter with them over the phone. My mother is deaf and I make all of her appointments and accompany her. The secretary called due to a referral from her pcp and the lady refused to tell me what she was calling for and why. She decided to have a phone battle with me instead. I have never had this issue ANYWHERE. I finally asked her where she was calling and why from so I can bring her in person to make this appointment that could’ve been done over the phone. This office is BEYOND frustrating.

Sent me to the ER during flu and covid season when I asked if light spotting after exercise is normal. Still no answers to my question.

If you want to hear things like “this is what you signed up for” and “everyone is feeling like that, you’re not unique” then this is the place for you! Just what you want to hear when you terrified that something will go wrong with your miracle baby. I went here for all nine months of my pregnancy and I think I saw five different doctors/NP. My last week of pregnancy they bumped my appointment because they were too busy. When I told the ultrasound doctor she was appalled and told me to demand an appointment. If you have any option at all find a place that cares.

I visited here yesterday and saw Kate Thompson. The staff here were so kind and accommodating when I called the day before and needed to schedule an urgent problem visit, as I have a chronic condition. Even though I had not been in for a couple of years, I was treated like I never left their care.

Kate was nothing short of exceptional. In minutes, she had a care plan ready for me and I felt so relieved! Kate has a calm and peaceful presence which is great for me, as I have a lot of anxiety at any OBGYN due to my chronic condition and repeated visits to many OBGYN's over the years. Not all have been great experiences for me, but I can confidently say that this is one of the best OBGYN's I have ever been to. It is not easy for any medical staff to remain so positive and calm in a bustling and stressful environment, but this team does a fantastic job at putting patients at ease.

The building is also clean, easy to navigate, and all the staff, including the front desk staff, are all very friendly and positive. It is obvious that they care about people here. Please keep in mind when visiting that they are very busy and are trying their hardest to give you a great experience while meeting the extraordinarily demanding needs of our insurance companies. A little compassion goes a long way! I highly recommend this practice for anyone on Cape Cod in need of OBGYN care.

This office and staff have been nothing but excellent and professional. I’ve had baby #3 in 2021 with them and now back for 4th. Scheduling is easy, Karen at the front desk is so nice and every provider I have seen have made my pregnancies go smoothly especially Dr. Lupton. I’m happy to be a patient here.

Switched to Beth Israel OBGYN in Sandwich after an absolute awful experience at CCH OBGYN. It is like night and day.. they treat you like a human and not just a number, they give you ACCURATE information or say they will find out rather than giving you incorrect medical advice, they listen to your concerns and let YOU end the appointment - they don't have one foot out the door giving you the hint to get going. Their after hours staff is phenomenal and you get a call back almost immediately - they don't act like they're annoyed that you're calling them (like CCH OBGYN). I don't know if the Doctor I had was new, or what it was but he has given me such distrust in the medical field that I am so happy I got out of there and got a fresh start.
