I should have believed the reviews! All the negative ones are all correct. They don't take insurance, even though they say they do. They are very unprofessional. Orthotics are made in an essentially and Easy Bake Oven. You have to look at dozens (not an exaggeration) of photos of him and his rich family on vacation in exotic places while you wait in pain. I should have also trusted my gut while waiting in his office. Was told I could get a refund for the orthotics, but they only offered $75 back out of $300. And they are charging me $170 for no reason. I spent a grand total of about a half hour in the office and most of that time was waiting. I guess I'm paying for them to make harassing phone calls to me. Not sure how they sleep at night stealing from those who are poor and in pain. My guess is on a big pile of money.

Dr Rickey was the best foot doctor I ever had ! The pain I was in . I couldn’t even describe it. It’s been 10 years and I’m still doing great

I found the doctor to be glib and not a good listener. He told me how everything I was doing with my feet was wrong, from the shoes I wore to the OTC orthotics I had been using, as though I didn't know any better. I don't. I'm not a medical professional. That's why I go to medical professionals for assistance.

He sold me an expensive set of orthotics that practically crippled my feet. I decided to get a refund and never see this doctor again.

Horrible and unprofessional staff. Be careful with your insurance. They tell you they take your insurance and then you find out after your appointment they DO NOT take your insurance. Somehow that is your fault and you get the bill. Would never recommend them to anyone

Got fitted for orthotics. Went and picked up tried them on a wopping 5 minutes and got charged for 2 office visits...wont go back
