This was my first visit with Melissa Sansone. I really liked her. She was very friendly and we chatted about our families a bit. She was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns and we have a plan in order. The appointment (full body scan) was quick. I really liked her and will see her again.

Great and friendly staff. Melissa made me feel at ease and her diagnosis of the small skin care I needed was quick and easy. 5 stars for her and the staff. Would definitely recommend and return for any skin related issues I have.

My exam with Melissa was very rushed and subpar, she spent about a total of 10 minutes in the room. She failed to check the entirety of my body for a routine skin check, skipping out on my neck and mid section. During the skin check, I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. Melissa walked in the room with another women and failed to mention who she was and why she was in the room. Additionally, I went for the skin check for a few concerns that I had wanted to address. Instead of really addressing my concerns Melissa rather shut them down. At the end of my appointment, Melissa said she wanted to see me in 6 months and I thought to myself, I’m never seeing you again.

Courteous and attentive staff and respectful of appointment time so no long wait to be seen. Waiting room and exam rooms are pristine. Interactions with Melissa have always been positive, helpful and knowledgeable in developing treatment plans for issues that have brought me to the office.

Easy in and out. Clean environment. Melissa is very, very nice. I look forward to seeing her again. On another note, it wouldn’t be a bad thing if the rest of the staff would smile.
