We have been going to ICCD for years now. They helped us tremendously throughout pandemic, I honestly don’t know what I would have done without those zoom calls. This place was highly recommended to us. However, I have been trying for almost a month to set up a new patient appointment. I have left several messages with the intake coordinator and also the office directly. I also sent an email that was listed on their website and filled out the on-line request an appointment form twice and no response from them. If you are not taking new patients at this time then that should be better communicated. Very disappointed!

Please save your money!
We spent thousands for a neuropsych evaluation for my daughter with autism. She was seen in June, they said the evaluation would be typed up by Oct 5th....its now Nov 8th and I still have not received the eval results. They do no return calls or update the status of what's happening. Very disappointing. I feel I lost alot of money and have no results for my child to get her iep updated. I wished I had gone somewhere else

We were told an EEG would be ordered and the hospital would follow up with us directly to schedule. Days passed and not having heard anything, I followed up to find out it was not ordered. ICCD said BCH was to blame and it was ordered but BCH dropped the ball. Then it was really ordered and again it was me who found out where to go to schedule because again no one called. We did the EEG. BCH told us we would hear from the doctor in 24 hours if there was anything concerning and full results would be available in 5--7 days. At this point, it has been two weeks. Since the 7 day mark, I have been calling ICCD almost every day. I can never get through the IVR to an actual person, the phones are not picked up. And the three times I did get through, the person knew nothing. My simple question of "Did our doctor see the results?" was answered with a yes but then when I asked to talk to someone about them, the same person said they don't have the results. There seems to be no follow-up. And just today, the same frustration as the person I complained about this to put me through to someone who did not answer their phone. How many more times do I need to call to have our EEG results. Seriously.

They take insurance but only if you do the services that aren't covered by insurance costing $1,700 - what a disgrace to health care that they would expect people to pay that kind of money out of pocket - Doctors ripping off people in need of care how disgusting.

This place never answers its phones or returns phones calls, not sure why my daughters Pediatricians practice recommends them but I will sure inform them of the issues we are having.
