Had the best experience here. I came in with horrible pain that felt like a stabbing on my back and a super uncomfortable stomach. I felt listened to by every nurse I encountered, as well as each doctor, despite them being incredibly busy. This will be my new go-to ER for sure. Shout out to Nurse Kara, she managed to make me feel so much less stressed and at ease when discussing surgery, super grateful for her, (and the other physicians).

Unfortunately, this beautiful hospital is going to waste because of its staff. Their communication skills are perhaps the worst I've ever encountered in a hospital. They struggle with mental health patients, and they also have difficulty with patients who do not have mental health issues. In an emergency, I would never send a family member there alone, especially if they are unable to advocate for themselves. Their bedside manner is the worst I have ever seen, and the aides do not come in to check on patients regularly. If you're looking for a place where you can be neglected, this is where you want to go.

I was in ER after traumatic accident leaving me with fractured spine and pelvis, doctor said I needed rehab, but insurance closed due to weekend. I was the ER for 3 days, could not see a doctor even though I asked, did not receive the needed pain. Medication until I broke down and had panic attack. Then, instead of rehab, I was sent to a nursing home where I had to lay in bed for 5 days. I am deeply saddened and very disappointed. What is happening to our health care system. I too work in healthcare, compassion goes a long way!

I recently had surgery by Dr Klimovich. Everyone and I mean Everyone ! Starting with the receptionists to the nurses to the surgical team and Dr Klimovich, all went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They treated me like a VIP and they made sure my surgery and my recovery were a top priority. If I could give them a higher score I would. I wish I could remember all their names because they all deserve recognition. So if you were working in the surgery center on 2/26 I can't thank you enough!

On January 6, 2025 I went down to the middlesex hospital ER department for bloodwork. That day my APRN Robyn Reilly had put me in a bed against a wall near a cold door exit!! Not to pleased!! I was cold, she said there were no other rooms available. I asked her a question nicely when she knew when my bloodwork would be drawn, she rudely said we have other people to do and wait on!!! I had to tell another person working I was cold if I can have blankets. Not sure why these nurses are so rude, when I’m in pain or need assistance with something? This happens a lot here!!! Even with kidney stones one time. I suffer in pain they make you wait 4 hours each time I been in ER. I’m worried next time I’m in pain what do My boyfriend had the same problem with kidney stones and a nurse ripped the tape off so fast not saying anything. His skin was pulled!!!! Sore!! During discharge!!! 2 hours to give him pain killers to help with pain!!!!

I want to start off by saying be careful when visiting here, as the staff is very rude and not considerate of your reasoning for being there getting evaluated. I was told by this specific employee her name is MD Schiller Night shift. So this is what happened. I had been evacuated earlier this same day and had dye in my bloodstream for the purpose of a certain scan that PA Luis Serazo recommended to be done. So let me get back to MD Schiller - Here we go. So after I left my earlier visit here I started feeling the same symptoms, so I decided to call them to see how to go about it and I was looking to get Luis Serazo or someone on the phone to address my symptoms that were the same from the time I arrived in the am and pm. I went back there from my phone call to just come back down. Ok normal right. So I get there pm and i get called in fairly quickly which was good. Until they put me in a back dark room absolutely no cell phone service which I had no problems earlier in the day. So i’m sitting in this waiting room for about a half hour until someone comes in. Check this out, M. D Schiller Finally comes into the room and she starts right away with me wondering why I came back there wasting their time. I only have her last name because the paperwork they sent me home with didn’t have Her name on it at all But I did take a picture of the board thankfully with her name. Schiller Started saying, what more do you want us to do that we’ve done everything. Meanwhile, I’m still having the same symptoms that I had earlier in the a.m. I’m not the professional they’re supposed to be very worrisome. She started mentioning just because your dad has cancer in his stomach that you think you do. Personally, I’ve never been treated like this in my entire life of going into any medical practice. Very uncalled for and I feel bad for anybody that has to deal with her. She was even yelling at the people in the rooms next to me. She should not be allowed in the medical practice. I will be contacting corporate to put the complaint in. Anyhow, I sat in there for another half hour. She said she’s gonna go print up the paperwork so I can leave. She failed to take my vitals or even come back to bring the paperwork. She had other coworkers do it for her. I will find out her first name and updated on here when I call into corporate this week. Hartford Hospital was way more pleasant, even though the atmosphere wasn’t nearly as good. I wouldn’t recommend coming here! The one star on here I will say is for the front staff only and two nurses for the back staff am shift only. Hope this helps. I need corporate office to respond urgently on this situation. Just keep in mind I go to everything middlesex and have been a loyal customer and patient for years! Very disappointed

Dr,Perez you are a wonderful kind caring doctor, the ICU staff amazing! I can not say enough good things about Middlesex hospital. Thank you all for your caring way It was a very sad day, but they made the best of a sad situation in such a beautiful caring way.

I was a Patient in the CCU floor and I was treated with respect and kindness by Dr. Ueda she was always on tops of my care. One of the PCT’s that really made a mark in me which I wish I got her name and was in contact she and I hit it off talking about the Yankees and baseball, she’s short (like me) and thin. I believe Spanish or Philippine told me she’s going to med school. If someone knows who I’m talking about tell me her name to give her a separate review if possible.
