Every visit she has my son sit in the back for at least 2 hours while she get her older patients in and out even when his appointment comes before them, the last visit he waited so long and she had to numb him again. She never do the procedure he comes for he’s in school and can’t miss full days just for her to ignore him it’s a big inconvenience on our behalf not hers and she seems to not understand!

The staff is simply wonderful. Dr. L. Williams is good at what she does. She's pleasant, calming, jazzy and wears pearls to work and this equals classy, also very funny. Those ladies surely can clean the mess out of some teeth. You walk away feeling like smiling for the Grammy's. The receptionists are friendly and quick to help. Good job ladies.

I wouldn't normally give a review but I've had such a great experience with Letitia Williams, DDS aka Dr. Tish Smiles over the years I had to give them a shout out! From the general dentistry I've received such as: exams, cleanings, wisdom tooth removal and preventive dentistry that has me flossing like a boss now; to the cosmetic dentistry that has me smiling with more confidence has made it well worth the short drive from Montgomery.

I heard about Dr. Letitia from a co worker and made an appointment. It was a long time before, I was seen and I didn't like that at all. However Letitia was so patient, she knew exactly what to do and say to calm her patient, who was very afraid. She pull my tooth sooo fast, I was still in the chair waiting on more pulling and pushing. She said, it's done!!! I told her, " You are sooo calm" I have had such a hard time with this tooth. I tried to get it pull before but it was so painful the dentist stopped. Letitia is a miracle worker, THANK YOU JESUS.
