They were extremely friendly. They helped me step by step over the phone when ordering my phlebotomy essentials. As a newbie this was the best experience I've had when purchasing medical supplies. They shipped my items the same day I purchased! This was super important for me as I needed these last minute supplies. I'm sure anyone looking for supplies will also be thankful to recieve their supplies the same day versus waiting several days /weeks to recieve. Recommending this company to everyone I know . They do not have a store where you can walk in to pick your items but they ship within the same business day and everything can be found online. They are based in Katy TX and delivered to magnolia texas. I was desperate for weeks trying to find my supplies they literally saved the day !!! THANK YOU !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. FAST FREE SHIPPING (I had next day).EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. First of all, it was the only vendor I could find that had my item in stock. It was out of stock everywhere else including my central laboratory. I was desperate. I was hesitant to use their website, it seemed too good to be true. I saw 3 good google reviews so I decided to go for it. I placed the order and immediately received an email confirmation of the order but no expected delivery date. So I then called their phone number to check if the order went through... and it went straight to voicemail which had me worried. BUT they called back within 15 minutes. They were so courteous and helpful. I told them I needed the supplies ASAP. They told me they would ship it immediately that day. I received it NEXT DAY without an extra charge and it was free shipping to begin with.
