My visit to this store was today, 2024 November the 22nd Friday, the customer service was far beyond expectations. The greeting when we entered the store was kind, warm, and extremely expressive," Welcome, please come in I will be with you quickly!" We were asked about what we needed in detail and offered several options. Each and every need was addressed respectfully and genuinely. I felt listened to and cared about. This kind of 5 star service was pampering and amazing. Thank you. I could continue but I don't think more detail would be helpful; this is an experience that should be had by anyone that has someone that they care about and only wants to find a place where the person selling the helpful materials you need to do a better job for your impaired person not only knows what is available but cares that you are successful.

Amazing service will definitely be back for all my medical equipment. My Mother is on oxygen and the lady was so helpful in explaining and walking us through how to set up and use the equipment.

My wife were from out of town seeking medical care and needed some compression items. We came to this facility and met the most generous and knowledgeable man (owner). He was extremely concerned for my condition and went over and beyond and provided information and options for products that would address my need. This was very helpful. They offered follow up services and we went back a couple days later to let him know that the compression stocking he had recommended was working. It was then that we met his wife who also was very knowledgeable and compassionate. They made a rather difficult situation very pleasant for us. I highly recommend this store. While on holiday in Houston, my airline unfortunately damaged my chair! Fortunately, my sister found this emergency repair shop, and she was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness, expertise, and kindness of the repair service. Not only were they knowledgeable about chairs, but their services were also surprisingly affordable. Thank you so much for your assistance. After several unsuccessful attempts to get my wheelchair repaired by my designated repairman thru my insurance company, we had to go elsewhere. And with one try at another place, we were able to get my wheelchair repaired. The problem was resolved within about an hour and the price was reasonable too. Thank you so much.
