We brought our daughter to see dr Leena a week after she was born to about three months. My daughter was born at 4 7oz and was on enfamil newborn liquid and powder formula. My daughter kept throwing up and not gaining much weight. Every time we would go for weights checks which was every week we would see a different Doctor that Always told us to do something different that dr Leena would say. They would switch her from 20 calories to 22 calories never considering getting her a gastro doctor or changing the enfamil formula all together. They made my daughter suffer for three months! I was between jobs my insurance was expiring from one job and my new insurance wasn't getting picked up until April 1st. My daughter had a weight check that Monday March 29th the day I had no insurance and allied health covered the bill. Of course dr Leena wanted to have her hospitalized at tufts and have her stomach scoped! Seriously on the day I had no insurance she wanted to do these tests where was this for three months! My husband and I knew it wasn't all that serious and it could wait a few days for my new insurance to kick in and that we would have the tests performed once we were insured. Allied health and dr Leena kept calling me and calling me bugging us to get these tests done on her. Dr Leena called me once saying if I didn't do these test she would call dss on me. Like seriously because we didn't do what you wanted us to do. Anyways we got my daughters chart from there and left. Meanwhile one day my door bell ring and I had to sign a paper stating my daughter was failure to thrive!!! We are now seeing dr Weiner in Brockton may I say he's the best pediatrian. He saw my daughter for two weeks and after watching her weight struggle he sent her to see a gastro dr Zella in Brockton. She did not need any tests performed or have a scope in her little stomach all she needed was a formula change and dr Leena and her team over at allied pediatrics failed to try the obvious. But everything happens for a reason so thank god we have dr Weiner that generally cares about my daughter now. She's
