My wife tried making an appointment to see her doctor. The secretary yelled at her saying she didn’t fill out any forms which we did and the secretary in a hostile voice told her who do you think you are trying to make an appointment. How hard is it to be polite to someone. Just another reason why this island sucks and the majority of the island residents have an elitist attitude

I had the worse experience you could ever imagine as a patient at the ER of MV hospital. Dr.Katherine Stedman and her team completely sought to take advantage of me as a patient in my most vulnerable moment. From receiving an IV that I asked two times what it was for and was told “to make me use the restroom so the process could be quicker”, a nurse coming into my room and speaking to me in the door frame with the door wide open saying he was taking me to receive a CT scan that the Doctor never mentioned. He was defensive and rude when I asked why I would be receiving a CT scan the doctor did not mention this and he stated it’s part of protocol. The doctor returned and kind of laughed stating I tottered with ordering you a CT scan or not but actually you don’t need one. I asked twice please remove this IV from my arm as it was finished and they waited until the very last minute to take the IV from my arm feeling like it was a money grab. I am filing a complaint to Mass department of health but please if you have any issues try your best to go anywhere else. The treatment I received here was so unethical and I am left feeling disgusted and sick that our medical system can practice on patients with such horrific care.

I had a total hip replacement at mv hospital. My surgeon was dr bowman. I am so impressed with the level of care that I received. The whole surgical team was professional and kind. I would absolutely recommend this team and this hospital.

That team saved my life, guide by Jesus! I was on apartment where we can see this beautiful sunset late afternoon, with diagnose of DVT and Pulmonary embolism. I was treated and received very attention and could get back to my country.

Maybe next time when a patient comes in clearly mentally ill and a danger to others, even if he cools down after some rest, they’ll section him. Someone here messed up big time.

Nothing was taken for granted or overlooked. Multiple test were completed very quickly to determine what caused my seizures.

From the moment I arrived nurses and Dr. Bello were at my side asking questions and taking blood samples.
