On a mother daughter short get away, I booked two 90 minute massages and wow!!!! Marc is AMAZING!!! My mother had Antoinette (I apologize if I didn’t spell it correctly) and was raving about how amazing she was! I recently had the Carbon Laser Treatment (aka the Hollywood Peel) at Spa L’Eau. Christine was wonderful- she clearly explained each step as we progressed and she made me feel very comfortable. The bed was nice and warm and I was provided my own set of EarPods to relax to as I received the treatment. The process is painless- and within two days I could see the results. I recommend carbon laser treatment before you try Botox. Thank you Christine for the recommendation!

I had THE best massage I’ve ever had by Mark. The deep tissue was amazing. The pressure was perfect. He really gets into the muscle. I would almost fly back just to hide this reason alone. Trust me. It’s worth it!!

Had a great gel Pedicure. The place is super clean and staff super friendly. They were able to get us in with little notice. My friends had massages and said they were awesome. One said the best she’s ever had. That’s saying a lot! Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying this is one of the nicest salons on the island and I was happy to have found it. My nail tech Kate was amazing, courteous and very meticulous. My problem began when I tried to rebook an appointment via text, the only way to book with this spa. I requested a date, the text back said they were booked, I ask for another date and the reply was that they were booked for the next two weeks. The owner gave me names of other spas to try. I was willing to wait the two weeks to come back so I asked what the next available date was…no reply. Over the next couple of days I tried again but still received no reply. Thinking maybe they were too busy to respond I decided to stop in. I was greeted by the owner Mark who immediately said to me they were booked. He did not ask what date I wanted or even check the book to see what was available. He then said they were switching to fall schedule and when I asked what that was he said he didn’t know yet. The entire conversation took place while he was attempting to walk away from me in a very dismissive manner, while I was still speaking. He clearly did not want to give me any appointment. I was shown a complete lack of respect from this business owner and was no longer welcomed as a client and that is unfortunate.

First, this is a nail salon that offers spa services. My friend and I visited this spa in October 2023 during our annual MV trip. I'm currently searching for a spa for this year's trip and was reminded of this not so good experience at Spa L'EAU. The biggest complaint is that they do not have ceiling to floor walls in the "massage/facial" rooms so you get to hear everything going on in the salon while you get your spa services. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Marc and a facial with Cris. Cris's hands smelled like food the entire time she did my facial which was very distracting. Both services were below mediocre and I would never go back to this place.

I recently visited Spa L’Eau in Edgartown and had the most amazing experience.
My manicure and pedicure with Christine was absolutely wonderful. The fantastic massage from Marc, which was the best massage I’ve had for a long time.
Everyone was so friendly and kind. The place was very clean and beautiful.

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for nice and relaxing spa experience.
