Impressed by the process involved in setting up initial access to the G7 technology from the doctor entering the prescription online, to my answering a few questions by telephone and completing a few forms electronically to receiving delivery of a 3-month supply of sensors.....all within just a few days.

I have type 2 diabetes and have been using the Libre 2 sensor to read my sugar levels without pricking my fingers. The cost per sensor (lasting 14 days)cost me between 80 to 100 dollars. My neighbor told me about Smiles Medical Supply which was sending him sensors every three months absolutely free. I contacted the company and answered a few questions. I was told within 2 days I would receive an answer from Smiles to see if I qualified. Happily I did and the company sent me a three month supply of sensors at no charge, and will continue. Apparently the company can not advertise or solicit. Great company, wonderful communications. Worth a phone call to inquire.

Dealing with this company lately has been a nightmare! They have lost my father's payment but the check cleared his bank. I have followed up on this multiple times and have been told they will get back with me......still nothing. Supposedly they have escalated the issue but no resolve. The postive is they continue to bill him and send his supplies and want payment but the arent as quick to find the payment that they cashed. If your 75 years old and pay by check this company may not be the best option for you.
